Having a president is very important. If you don't have a president, bad things will happen. But president can makes things better. Like bill of rights, the rights to remain silent, the rights of speech. Bill of rights is what president need. There are the capitol of Washington DC. Also white house where president lives. There are many capitals in every state. But have you ever herd that there are vise president that helps the president. But if the president dies. The vise president has to be the president and wait until there are new president that has been voted. But president has to follow the law if they still make the law.
