Well you could declare for war. But you need to tell someone why. Like when there were British that kidnapped american citizens. You want to declare a war because you want your ships goods american citizens back. That is what actually happen. And American troops goes to Canada where Great Britain took over. But the American took over Canada. And well the american burnt Canada's capital building. And then Great Britain burnt American's capital. And there were war at the American's base. But the American's base are much more stronger. And the war did not stop from morning to night and it keeps going on and on until the next morning.
