Lets take a journey

Chapter 2 - Welcome

Today is moving day! I am getting ready to leave, my Jeep is packed full with clothes and Adam had already came earlier this week to pick up clothes and other necessity to take to my apartment. I grab My pup and place him atop my pillow in the passenger seat and check everything before I leave to make sure I'm not forgetting  anything. 

"Yup, looks good." I say bouncing over to him to Gale. 

He looks at me with his tongue out, head sideways. I laugh at him.'

"Ok pup lets head out." I say as I hop into my Jeep and turn on the radio to listen to some music.

"Alrighty pup let us see what they have for us on the radio today." I say smiling towards Gale. 

I turn the stations until I come upon Panic! At the Disco's Don't Threaten Me with a Good Time and start singing along while Glen sticks his head out the window. We drive down the coast and I sigh, knowing I'm going to miss this place.

*skip to Alesa and Adam's home*

"ANNA!" Alesa cried out "Anna, I've missed you so much! I wish you visited more! I haven't seen you in over a year! You have changed so much and so much has happened! I can't wait to tell you everything. How are you? Do you have a boyfriend?" She blurted out. She sounded like a mother but I let her go on and ask me more questions because I felt guilty for not calling or texting her all of these years. I walk over to Adam and he gives me a big bear hug and says "I missed you kiddo!" " I missed you too Adam." I reply hugging him a little bit harder.

Alesa told me her and Adam would drive to my apartment with me to get everything set up and then we would drive to the offices.

We drove Separately because my Jeep could barley fit me and Gale, let alone both Adam and Alesa! 

I followed Adam to my apartment because he had already been there before and knew where he was going. When we got there Adam, Alesa and I went inside before we unpacked my Jeep. It was a lovely apartment with three floors, stainless steal appliances and modern furniture. The master bedroom was marvelous and the master bed had silk sheets. The master bath had a glass shower and bathtub that could fit all three of us! The rooms were all so spacious.

"Wow I cannot wait to use that bath with one of my bath bombs!" I said joyfully walking to the living room with Glen trailing behind me.

"This is the most delightful apartment I have ever seen." said Alesa following me down the stairs behind Adam.

"Oh and it has a pool for the whole community," said Adam walking over and pointing at the pool "I looked into it." he smiled.

"This is amazing." I say falling onto the couch. Glen comes up and jumps on me. He licks my face and we all laugh at him.

We begin unloading all of my stuff, luckily Adam dropped off some of my things before I drove up.

*skips boring unloading*

We all crashed onto the couch and Glen jumped up upon us, "Wow you packed a lot Anna!" Adam winced as Glen climbed upon his stomach.

I shamefully laughed "Well I AM staying for a month." I replied.

"We should probably get going." Adam insisted, getting off of the couch and looking out the window.

"Alright." Alesa said getting up and pulling me up with her.

"Lets get going to the offices" I agreed.

 "I'll see you later Glen!" I said, walking out of the door with him trailing beside me until I got to the door frame. I bent down to him and rubbed his fluffy white head, "I'll see you in a little bit buddy." I assured him as I closed the door and locked it. I strode over to my Jeep and hooped in, following Adam and Alesa to the offices.
