After the meet and greet, Jake and I head to our hotel right next to the Grand Maison. Our parents got us a room so we wouldn't have to drive 4 hours home after the concert. We check in head up. When we open the door our mouths drop. We walked in a huge living room with a flat screen tv. The back wall was covered with a giant window that lead to the balcony. To the left and right were bedrooms and the kitchen was on the left. Jake yelled,"Left!" As I screamed,"Right!" And we ran to our chosen rooms. I put my bag against the wall and jumped on the bed. I got off and pulled the curtains open. There was a long balcony that went all the way down to Jake's room. I ran back into my room to look at the rest. In front of my bed was a dresser with a mini fridge built in and a tv on top. I opened the mini fridge to find it stocked with sodas and candies. Next to the tv was a tray full on cookies, pretzels, and assorted snacks. I was about to grab a handful of food when my phone rang. "Hello sweetie!" My mom said when I picked up. "Hey mom!" I practically shouted back.
"How do you like your room?!"
"It amazing, mom! The view is beautiful!"
"We thought you would like it! The manager is a friend of your fathers, we sent some of you and your brothers clothes to him to you could stay longer! Be back in a week!"
"You're kidding?!"
"No! Have fun, our treat!"
I beamed into the phone. "Thank you so much mom you're literally the best!"
"Haha, you're welcome sweetie! Have fun! Love you!"
I screamed and ran to my brother's room.
"We're staying for a week!" I shouted. His eyes widened with shock. We jumped up and down like little kids. This was going to be the best weekend ever.

After we had settled in a couple hours later, we thought it would be a good idea to get our clothes from the manager.
I left our room and went down the long hall to the elevator. As it went down to the lobby I thought about all the things we could do while we were here. I mean we're in California! There's Disneyland, universal, Lake Tahoe! We can do anything! I began to smile but my thoughts were interrupted as the elevator stopped on the fourth floor. The doors opened and my heart dropped. Ashton stepped on the elevator.
"Hey," he said.
"Hi," I answered. I don't know if I was mad or happy, I was definitely confused over everything. He didn't sound shy or awkward like before, he actually seemed confident. I didn't know what to say or what to think.
"So how'd you like the concert?" He finally asked.
"Josh and Tyler were good." I said with a smirk.
"And what about the opening band?" He looked at me with a smile. I couldn't be mad at that smile. Even though he acted like he didn't know me at the meet and greet it suddenly didn't matter. I saw the guy I saw this morning at Starbucks and that made me happy. I liked him.
"They were pretty good too." I smiled back. If anyone came on they would think we were idiots they way we smiled at each other.
"Hey I'm really sorry about how I treated you earlier, I was just surprised to see you. I got a little shy, it's not like me I swear! Let me make it up to you?"
"What did you have in mind?" I questioned.
"We can look around the city tomorrow. I don't have sound check until 5 so that gives us plenty of time."
I wasn't gonna let him off that easy. "Can the guys come?" I asked.
He was caught off guard. I hope he didn't expect me to walk around San Francisco with a guy I just met.
"Um...sure yea."
I smiled to myself as the elevator hit the lobby and I walked off. Tomorrow was gonna be fun.
