Beach Day

"Hey, Y/N wake up, I have something to show you" Colby starts rubing your arm, trying to get you up.

"... What Colby.." You look at your phone and see its 5:00AM. "Colby its 5 in the morning."
He gets out of the bed and goes to you side "Yes I realize that, go get dressed for me" he smiles. " What I want to do starts at this time" he kisses your forehead and goes to the closest and pulls out some clothes for you and a bathing suit, you go to the bathroom and put the stuff on and come back and meat Colby.

"Colby, you still haven't told me what you wanted to show me" you get up and wrap your arms around him. "Oh yea, you have to get something to eat first." He nudges you to the kitchen.

" Ok" you go to the kitchen and get some yogurt and a banana and eat it.
I wonder what he wanted to show me? All of that was going through your head and not noticing the sound creeping closer. Soon you were wrapped in the arms of Colby.

"Eep!" You jump startled

"Sorry, babe. Are you ready?" He kisses you as you nod telling him 'yes'.

You guys go walking to his car and you sit on the passenger side of the car. While he starts to drive you drift off back to sleep, but as you drift off he puts his hand on your leg witch gives you warmth.

Once the car had stopped he nudges you again getting you to wake up.
"We're here Y/N" he smiles
You wake up and see the beach, along with a hammock, cooler, and campfire. "Whoa.." You get out of the car and start to wonder off to the edge of the bank {like one of those sandbanks} "you did this all?" You look back at him already walking towards you.

"Yea, well.. Sam helped a good bit of it." He gives that cheeky smile of his and he holds your hand, soon becoming intertwined with his fingers. He starts to drag you down to the spot where you are greeted with cold sand. He sits you down on a blanket and he starts the fire. The warmth, and the hard work Sam did. You start to giggle at the thought of Colby making Sam do it all.

"What's so funny?" He sits beside you and wraps his arm around your waist. While you lay your head on his shoulder.

"Just the thought of you making Sam do all the work" he chuckles at the thought of it too.

"I wish you were there but.. The surprise would be gone" he kisses you and both of you look out to the water and an unexpected sight takes place.

"Dolphins! Look, look!" You point to the pod of dolphins swimming by. He smiles as he looks at you.

"I see" he hugs you tighter and kisses you as you both watch them swim by.

"Y/N"

"Hum?" You look up to him.

"The reason I wanted to do this was because.." He looks away as you can see him getting emotional. You get up and cup his face.

"Whats the matter? You know you can tell me anything" he turns and faces you and let's go of a tear. "C'mon tell me. You know you can" you kiss him

"The reason why I took you here is to tell you.. Me and Sam are.. Going." He lets go with another tear. Your heart stops.

"H-how long?.." You look at him with tears starting up.

"Three months.. We're going to be back on July 4th.. I'm sorry, I've tried to get them to let you come with us. But not this time. I'm so sorry" he puts his head on your chest and crys some more, you lay hour head on his.

" I still have today, I'll still have you when you back, I'll have you forever " you whisper.
He lifts his head back up and he kisses, so rough but passionate. You wrap you arm around his neck and he wraps his around your waist. He lifts you up and you both plop on the hammock and you lay your head done on his chest.

"We're leaving on Saturday morning, I'll text you every day, I'll FaceTime you and, call-" you cut him off.

"I don't want to think about this anymore today."

He nods and he kisses you.

The rest of the day was good. You both layed down together and played in the water. When you both went home you helped him pack.
