Chapter 11: Summer

"You're going to Australia for the summer?!?!" I asked Kaleb.
"My family is going and I have to go," he said.
"What about us? Are we in a relationship?" I asked looking down.
"I don't know. But I gotta pack and get everything ready. See ya around," he  . I had so many emotions. I ran to my room. "He's going to Australia for the summer!" I said. My arm was still in a sling. And I made it worse when I slammed the door by jerking it. "What am I gonna do?" I asked. The girls looked at me. We sat in silence.

"So you are asking your parents if she can come with you for the summer. To meet your parents and stuff?" He asked.
"Yep."
"Okay then. Go for it."

"Skyler I want you to come with me!" Kaleb busted into my room. "My parents said it was fine. It's only for the half of summer and I want you and me to be a thing," he said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yah."
"I would love to go! Let me ask my mom!" I ran to my phone and dialed her number. We talked and talked.
"She said..." I grew a sad face.
"Yes!!! We aren't doing anything for the summer! Only under one condition. You bring our family."
"Deal!! My parents wanted more people to come!"
"Great!"

"Good bye!" I said to my friends. We had such a great time together. It was finally time to leave. I wouldn't see them until next year.
"I'm gonna miss you guys!" Claire said.
"Same!" Jackie said. We hugged each other and cried just a little. Kaleb came to my door to get me for the trip. I waved one last time to my friends. They waved back one last time. We walked to the front doors of the school. Our car was waiting. And so was Australia. So yeah that was my story of how I found me prince. Hope you found yours too. Guys this is it.
