I let out a breath of satisfaction from sliding down the amazing ice slide. It was just so fun! I was starting to like the Icelands after that incredible experience.

After freaking out happily about the slide It took me a minute to realize that I was no longer with Sasha or Tobi. A sudden feeling of loneliness entered my gut. What was I supposed to to without them? I had only just found Sasha and now I had to find her again. There was also Tobi; who knew a lot more about the Icelands than either Sasha or I did. He was the one who was supposed to get us out of this mess.

I stood up from the fluffy pile of snow I had landed on and tried to decide what to do. I ended up wandering around and looking for clues of where to find my friends. At least I think they're my friends I thought. It was kind of hard to tell. I always had hard time figuring out if others thought of me as their friend.

As I walked around the ice room pondering to myself I realized that there was simply no exit out. I seemed to be stuck in this place. Great, I thought.

Before I completely lost hope of finding a way out, a noise startled me. I turned to where the noise had come from. The noise seemed to be from far away and it was getting closer. It sounded a little bit like someone walking, only with sticky feet. The noise of walking became louder and I listened intently. Then before I knew it, a long bird like shadow appeared from a hidden hallway. Sasha? I wondered. Only it wasn't Sasha, it was a short squat penguin waddling towards me.

"Squawk!" It screeched and turned it's head to me. "What are you doing here?"

I nearly fell backwards from surprise. So all birds could talk down here then.

"Don't act so surprised girl." The squat penguin spat menacingly. Geez, this penguin seemed mean.

"S-sorry." I stammered. "I'm not used to talking birds. Well my friend turned into one and she can talk too, I mean as a bird and-"

"I don't need to hear your story! I'm busy as is." he said with a snobbish tone. My cheeks flushed from his comment. I didn't mean to ramble.

"Well then, why are you here? And don't give me a lengthy story. I just need to know the gist of it."

"Well, my friend and I fell down a portal. And this guy Tobi went down it too, but I think he lives here or something."

I hoped that was a short enough explanation for this rude little penguin.

"Hmmm, so your from above, then?" he said with curiosity in his voice.

"Yes, I guess so."

He asked me another question."Does this Tobi by chance work for the Ice Queen?"

"Yes! I'm pretty sure he does!"

"Well then, in that case, please follow me." He then proceeded to waddle back to where he had appeared. It was strange that I hadn't seen that passage way before when I was looking for a way out. It must have been some sort of trick by the Ice Queen. Tobi did say she liked playing tricks on others.

I followed the squat penguin as he walked sticky footed across the ice. I noticed that he was not the same as the pictures of penguins i'd seen and heard about. Well other than the fact that he could talk and was extremely short. He resembled an emperor penguin but his eyes where a dark blue and his beak was very short. He also had less orange and yellow colour than an emperor had.

Curiosity got the best of me and I asked "What sort of penguin are you?"

The penguin turned around while he still waddled, his dark blue eyes meeting mine.
