Rolland's POV
We were now back home, sitting on the couch snuggled up. We were facing each other and I felt a warming connection. I had been looking in his eyes for awhile now, neither one of us broke the gaze. I swooped my thumb over his bottom lip and smiled after he poked it out.
"Why did you choose me?" I said lightly almost not hearing myself.
"I knew you would be different, and I'm right." He still held his gaze while I had given up moments ago.
"Would you ever hurt me? Leave me?"
"Why would I need to. But I won't lie to you and say I would never hurt you. However I will say that I would never hurt you purposefully. And I have no intention on leaving you." He kissed my forehead.
I pushed my body against his and stayed in that postion, until his phone rang. I wanted him to ignore it, but I knew he wouldn't. I moved back so he had enough space to get it from his pocket. He answered it, mumbled a few words and ended the call. I tried to move back in my postion but he stopped me.
"I gotta go ma." He sat up and I did the same.
"Why?" I asked irritated since it never seemed like we get privacy to ourselves.
"Work.." He got off the couch and was about to leave but I grabbed his arm lightly.
"Can I go?"
He shook his head, "This isn't the best time."
"Please baby... Please?" I poked out my lip.
"Shit" he rubbed his hand though his curls. "Fine."
I smiled and grabbed my Nike sandals that were by the door and slipped them on and we left in his Hummer.
We've been driving for awhile now, and Im getting tired. I looked out my window and noticed nothing but dirt and trees. Ten minutes later we pulled up to a building, with multiple cars parked in front. We pulled up to black gates and Lucky nodded and two men pushed the gates open. We drove though and I looked at Lucky. He looked mad and parked in the back of the building.
I jumped out and followed him to the back door which looked like it was made of steel. A big guy opened it and Lucky held my hand and led me around.
"Don't speak, until I tell you to, okay?"
He sounded horrifying when he said that so I nodded quickly. We were soon in an lounge room and there were guys smoking blunts and hoes. There's always hoes.

Lucky's POV
I walked in and dismissed the hoes, the show is over; time for business. I grabbed a chair and told Rolland to sit in it. Once she did I looked at some of my dealers, goons and niggas that killed for me.
"I heard y'all have some information for me?" I huffed and looked around.
This guy slim, one of my best killers spoke, "Yeah we found out who shot up ya place in Waukesha. Word is that his name, Koke. He a blood that works for Jerris. He got a homeboy named Cwade Smith. Appearently Cwade got beef with you and this was revenge." After he spoke he sat down.
I cocked my head and noticed Rolland looking confused and uncomfortable.
"Speak, baby."
She looked shocked then opened her mouth and no word came out.
She paused, "Cwade is Robynn's bestfriend. He does hate on you." She looked down and fumbled with her nails.
"What I tell you about looking down?" I said sternly making her straighten up and look me in my eyes.
