Chapter 4

I woke up in the morning. I looked outside my window. I saw birds flying everywhere. I looked down. I saw Roel sitting there on a bench. I wash myself up and went downstairs to check on Roel. As I left the door, Roel moved farther, and I meant at the edge of the bench. I think he noticed me. So I sat down on the bench. He said to me "I hope that your date won't be bad". He smiled at me. I talked to him "I think it won't. I really have a good feeling about this". I stood up and grabbed his hands. And we went inside. We ate breakfast. "Well, I gotta go upstairs now." I said to Roel. "Wait just a moment! I have to give this to you. It's Josh's number" he said. "Oh! Thanks!" I replied. I went upstairs and called Josh.

Josh: Hello?
Me: Josh! Hey it's me Kyla! The one who asked you out!
Josh: You? Oh hello.
Me: yeah I want you to pick me up at 6PM
Josh: Sure!!! Whatever you say!
Me: Later okay? Here's my address......*bla bla bla*
Josh: Okay

It's already 5:30PM, I got to get ready. I went outside my room to get some already dries clothes. As I open my door, Roel was there. He was carrying a dress. "This looks beautiful on you" he said. "WOW! Where did you get that!?" I asked. "I bought it for you. As a sign of good friendship. And don't forget the necklace okay?" he replied. "Of course! Hey thank you, okay?" I answered. So I put it on. Put on some make-up and fixed my hair. Josh's car was already there. I went downstairs and hugged dad and Roel. "Good luck honey" dad said. "Good luck, Ky" Roel added. "Bye!" I replied. I went outside and went into the car. "Ready?" Josh said. "Ready" I replied.

So he drove me to Mary Coffins. We talked about my likes and my life. "You really made a list? Wow. I never knew you were insecure!" he said. "Of course! I mean, hey. It's not like you could top all this, you are a cute-brunette!" And after that it was 8:45PM. Then I remembered Gary is coming at 9PM. So I need to throw Josh out. I said to Josh "Hey Josh! You know, you really should be going now. I'm sorry". "Umm sure." he answered. As he went out the door, Gary came in. He is wearing a tux with a very colorful, striped necktie.

"Hi!" Gary said to me. "Hello!" I replied. He sat down and ordered some coffee. I showed him my list. "So? Do you like it?" I asked. "Umm, yeah! So what category am I in here?" he said. "Number 1 2 and 3" I answered. "Ahh nice!" he replied. I know you never saw my list. So here are the categories:

#1: Cute Brunettes

#2: Sexy Accent

#3: Wears Awesome Clothes

#4: Have good taste in music

#5: Physicality

#6: Travelled other country/ies in the world

#7: Had punched a bad guy

I know it's short. But these are just the qualities I need in a man. Suddenly, a 1D song comes on called 'Nobody Compares'. "Woah! I like this band!!!" he shouted. "Really!? Me too!!!" I replied. Now you know, I am a directioner also! So yeah. #4: Have good taste in music. CHECK! "Yes! You really checked it?" he said. "Yeah! You like this band!" I answered. We talked and we talked. "So, do you have rock-hard abs?" I asked. "Yeah! I work out a lot, you know. Hehe" He answered. #5: Physicality. CHECK! Hahahaha! He's almost perfect!! I gotta ask more! "Have you travelled other countries in the world?" I asked. "Well, I went to Paris, London. Oh! And also Russia! In fact I was a crime-fighter there in Russia. I beat bad guys with my bare hands! And now I'm just a regular guy with no jobs at all." he answered. Well, that saves it! #6 and #7. CHECK! After that it's 10PM and Roel texted me and said "Come home, Ky". So I stood up and went outside. "Bye Gary! It was a beautiful night!" I said. "Wait!" he shouted as he followed me out the door. He stopped me and kissed me. "See you sometimes...?" he asked. "Sure" I answered.
