~Chapter 8~
Paige's P.O.V.
My heart squeezed at 'I Love You.' I found myself smiling and looked to my mother. She was also smiling.
"Paige, let's go and get you ready. You’re going to look beautiful." She gushed.
"Yeah Pai!" I heard Tracey squeak my her nicname for me. "You’re gonna look like a princess!" She squealed.

Ugh, I need to change that so bad.
"Uh hey Candy? It's Alec if your home pick up the phone." I jumped up when I heard it was Alec's voice. I ran to the phone and almost killed myself slipping on the stupid rug.
"Hello?" I said trying to sound calm that I just ran from up stairs top floor to the downstairs basement. Why was the damn thing in the basement?
"Oh hey? I got a question." He said. Why is he calling me for a question? Ugh unless he wants to hang out or go out somewhere-. I smirked to myself. He wants to hang out or something. Paige hasn't remembered him. He's noticing.
"Kay shoot."
"Okay now since your friends with Paige and...." He continued talking. I zoned out. Paige... Paige. Paige! What the hell is he calling me about Paige?! He's supposed to be seeing she's never going to remember him! Never!
"Uh actually Alec I have to go so yeah bye."
"Wait bu-" -Beep- I hung up the phone. Why is it always Paige?! I hate her so fucking much. Next time I'm alone with her. I'm finishing what I started!
"Your over Paige Sage Elizabeth! Over!" I screamed throughing everything in my reaching. "You stupid bitch!"
Paige's P.O.V.
6:57 PM
After being sat in a chair for hours with my back towards the mirror all day, not moving. I was stiff. It felt like my mother had covered me with make up. My hair fixed to something I couldn't imagine. I was scared to look into the mirror. "Ah, done. Ready to see?"
"Yeah" I said as she spun me around. And my breath caught. I was amazed. I was really pretty. Okay I know what your thinking. It's like in every book. the girl gets her make up and hair done and she's like "whoa, I look amazing." Well, that was like baby talk compared to this. All the bruieses I had, were gone. The darkness around my eye, where it had looked black, was gone. My mom had been able to cover them it all up. My face was a perfect light peach and my lips were a pink. They were a light Salmon pink. A thin, but enough eye liner under my eyes. It made my green eyes pop even more emerald and I didn't look like a racoon either. My hair was let down and had soft waves and curls, with a good volume. The black dress he left for me was a perfect fit. It was indeed a laced black dress. It was a spaghetti strap, with a V neck, it hugged under my breasts, and flowed out. I felt beautiful. Not beaten down and broken, ugly. Beautiful.
"Mom I don't know what to say."
"You look beautiful." She smiled and her eyes sparkled.
"Like a princess Pai!" Tracey said."I told yuh, you would." I smiled and hugged them both. And just then the doorbell rang through out the house. When I heard the door a smile grew on my face. And when I opened the door, it grew even more when it was returned by the person in front of me.
