People always fail to differentiate between a "Title" and a "Role". A title is a name you give for something. A role is how you played your part.
You can be a Mother , but if you don't play your role as one you're as good as nothing.
You can be a Father, but if you don't play a role as one, you are as good as nothing.
You can be a boss, but if you don't do your job as one you are as good as nothing.
You can be anything in this world, but if you don't play your role as one, forget about your title. It means nothing.
