MN Lily's War is non-teen fiction with a little romance.
M 2. What is it about?
MNL ily's War takes place in the future. The world has been decimated by war. Groups of people are scattered around the world living in unique ways. Lily lives in a cave with modern technologies and old remedies. She wants freedom though. She meets the man she's dreamed of her whole life and experiences a new world.
M 3. Where did you get the idea?
MN It started as a dream.
M 4. Why is your story unique?
MN Lily's War is different because it forces you to imagine living without the things you have in your home now. In the caves they don't have greed, they only have what they need. They live on a strict diet and have never known enjoyment of food. They use everything as well. Outside the caves there is no electricity. Food must either be raw or cooked over a fire.
M 5. Why do you write?
MN The main reason I write is because I enjoy the reactions of others when they read my writing. It is gratifying knowing people fall in love with my characters.
