"GOD DAMNT" I heard loudly, I rolled over swatting at the noise "Shh don't talk" I said quietly. Suddenly I was jerked up, my eyes flew open.
He grabbed the back of my neck and shoved my face down, only inches from Susan's dead body. "You knew didn't you?" He asked slowly, and too calmly. I started crying "no, no I didn't" I wiped away at my tears. He jerked me back up and looked into my eyes. Like he was searching for my lie.
He slapped me roughly. I started to cry again. I couldn't help it, it stung very badly. "...I got you.....a friend........and you let her....do THIS. Do you know how hard it is to dispose of a dead body?" It was becoming hard for me to breathe.
Suddenly he seemed very concerned, it was strange. "Emily, Emily are you okay?" I looked towards the sink, he saw and went to get me a cold glass of water from my mini kitchen. He came back and gave it to me as he held me tightly. My panic attack stopped after a few minutes.
I shouldn't feel comfortable in this mans arms, but for some strange reason, I was. He had kidnapped me, hit me, and pretty much killed my friend. But I was comfortable. I'm not sure I really wanted to escape anymore.
I looked over at her, her lips were stained red from the blood, it looked as if she had been playing with her lips and accidentally gotten blood on them. She was so much paler than usual, but she looked so peaceful.
I wiped away at my eyes looking up at him. "Can we please give her a proper burial?" He looked over at her, and then back at me. He nodded slowly.

It was dark outside, very dark. Alexander had built a lovely coffin for her and put one of his past girls dresses on her. It was a light blue long dress and I had put some makeup on her.She almost looked alive. Her hair was laid out beneath her and I started crying. I covered my face and suddenly he was there uncovering it. "Emily look at me," I did. "Death is a part of life, Susan obviously wanted it to be like this. We can't bring her back and crying won't make it happen either. So just stop."
So I did. I stopped crying over her and Alexander buried her. He buried her without a prayer, I later asked why. I wasn't religious but I still thought it was a nice idea. He laughed and told me not to talk about God. So I didn't.
