Part 6: Hope came.....

2 months later

Lucy's POV

Another day past. Thank God. I got out of bed slowly rubbing my eyes. I walked to my closet and saw a Blue sleeveless shirt with a blue skirt(Refer to the first outfit Lucy wore in Fairy Tail) I decided to wear that. Have a little change of clothing. Luckily my dad was asleep so I set up breakfast for him put it on the table and walked out. I hope no one will judge me for wearing this outfit. Right then I saw Natsu and the gang and their jaws dropped. I wonder why.....

Natsu's POV

I'm not the one for being surprised.....but under those baggy clothes was THAT? Why was she hiding this? She's beautiful! WHY AM I THINKING THIS RIGHT NOW?!?!?!

"L-Lucy?!" We all questioned.

"H-Hi everyone..." She stuttered. She's really shy, just like I am...

Levy, Juvia and Mira on the other hand were freaking out.

"Why were you hiding a body like this?!" they all yelled. Especially Juvia. And you DON'T want to know what happens when someone tries to flirt with Ice-for-brains. The results are TERRIFYING. And then Erza came in. This is the first time I've ever seen her surprised.

"L-Lucy? Is that you?"

"Hehe...Y-Yeah....I Thought I decided to wear something not baggy for a change.."

I can tell by the shine in her eyes that she was scared to wear this. Why is that?

Lucy's POV

I was surprised on how they reacted. I actually thought they would think of me as a slut for wearing this....I walked up to the gang and actually smiled....I've never smiled in 10 years...

"You look AMAZING Lucy!!!" Shouted Mira. Her voice is so loud my ears rang.

"Now my NaLu will really happen!!" 

We all looked at her with question marks above our heads. NaLu? What's that?

"NaLu?" We all asked.

"Why Natsu and Lucy of course! Don't think I see the two of you blushing every time you see each other...." She told us with a devilish smirk.

Natsu and Lucy's POV

WHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTT?!?!??!?!?!??!

Mira's POV

Yes!!! My OTP's are coming together!!!! Now I have NaLu to ship! I have GaLe, JerZa, Gruvia(That's going to be a tough one) and now NaLu! EEEEEEEE!!!!! I'm excited!!!

Natsu's POV

I can't help but blush like a madman right now. My blush is so red it can match Erza's hair. That all being said me and Luce were walking to the classroom together and making matters worse Lisanna came walking toward us with her group of bitches. CAN THIS DAY GET ANY WORSE?!?!?!

"Oh hello there! I see the slut your walking with is wearing a slutty outfit!" She said laughing and smiling. Oh my God give me the strength to resist smacking this bitch please....

"Ok you need to stop NOW. 1. She's far from a slut unlike you. And 2. you need to stop treating people like there not human!"

"I-It's okay Natsu....You don't need to defend me.."

"No I ABSOLUTELY need to defend you! She's telling you this so that you can be down on yourself. THAT is not happening on my watch!"

"Oh well....Why don't you come with me Natsu? I can give you way more than this Whore over here." She spat pointing to Lucy.

"You know what? Cut the crap. She's MINE. GOT IT? MINE." I said without thinking and I walked through her fast. I didn't realized what I said till now. I feel hot and my face is a tomato right now. And I'm pretty sure Lucy's face is redder.

Lucy's POV

D-Did he just say I was his? Did he really say that? I don't know if he should defend me but he was protecting me again. I don't deserve this....Why is he protecting me. Is this hope I'm feeling? Hope that he will protect me and call me his girlfriend in front of people when the time is right? BRAIN STOP MESSING WITH ME NOW! 

"Why did you do that?"

"Because I don't want Lasagna to get you down like that. She may try to flirt with me but I decline every time. I don't like her after what she has done to me and the guys."

I feel my heart beating fast.....Am I in love? Is this what love feels like? 

Natsu and Lucy's POV

Am I in love with him/her?
