Lucy's POV

Today's the day....I'm finally going to free myself from this nightmare of a life I have....There's nothing that he or her can do about it. I was getting ready for the testimony. Then all my friends came over to wish me luck, they are all coming with me too as witnesses.

"I'm so glad you all are coming with me to support me.....thank you all so much.."

"Of course Lu-Chan! Why wouldn't we be with you!?"

"I'm not just gonna sit here and let that bastard get away with this." Erza said proudfully.

"Love Rival's got 100% of Juvia's support!"

"We're here for you Luce. No matter what."

They all gave me a group hug as a support boost for me....I started to tear up with tears of joy.

"Thank you all....thank you so much..."

At the courthouse

"Order order, Court is now in session."

Everyone gathered to the court and My uncle Sans was with me. Turns out he's a lawyer too. He may be a lazy bones but he can't afford not to care.

"Ms Lucy Heartfilia, state Your case."

"Well....I'm accusing my dad for the years of torture he has caused me....."

"Okay, explain the type of torture he's put you through."

"It started a year after my mom passed away....she was hit by a drunk driver when we were getting my dad a ring, it was an amethyst ring with gold surrounding the gem. Then when she was in the hospital she died in front of my eyes, I was sent to the hospital cause I had injuries myself, then when my dad came in he was very upset, once my caring, loving father turned into a cruel heartless monster. He said.......that I....was the one who killed her."

The courthouse gasped. Things were getting tense.

"Wait, how can you kill someone if it was another person who did it? And you were just a child back then...." I was thinking the same thing....

"I know. He didn't care, it was put in his mind that I murdered her."

"Okay, continue."

"Then he started to act like I didn't exist. Then came the beatings when I tired 13. He called me names when I was ten....saying I was a bitch, slut, fat-ass...it was horrible. Not to mention I was being bullied at school too..."

"Who was this bully?"

"L-lisanna Strauss...."

"BULLSHIT!" Lisanna yelled out.

"I didn't do Jack Shit to that bitch!"

"Then how do you explain the beating you gave me when I first met Natsu!? HUH?!?! I just met him and you automatically assumed that I was some prostitute out for him!"

Lisanna stayed silent that moment and just sat back down.

"Now. Back before I was so rudely interrupted, the beatings started when I was thirteen. First came the slapping, and the punching....Then came the kicking and burning. Sometimes when he was really drunk he cut me and stomp on my head until I was unconscious. Sometimes he would give me nothing to eat for a week..."

That's when my friends, Natsu, Erza, and Levy in particular, started to ge very pissed off. But they were told by the police to sit down.

"T-then just last week, he tried to sell me as a sex slave to two people, Sting Eucliffe and Rouge Cheney....And he recorded the entire time I was almost gonna get raped...Then my friends Natsu Dragneel and Erza Scarlet came to save me....I went to Natsus house and then I was sent back, this was before they knew about the abuse my dad put me through. I saw him and he threw a beer bottle at me, and then I saw.....Lisanna. She tried to record the whole time my father was trying to rape me.....TWICE."

The judge got pissed and told the officer,

"Officer! Put Lisanna Strauss under arrest for Attempt of Child Pornography and Bullying!"

Lisanna tried to escape but failed miserably. She was taken out of the courtroom and put in trial as well.

Sans was angry.

"I rest my case your honor."

"Okay. I've had enough. Ten minute recess for the jury."

The jury nodded and went to the room for the verdict.

Jude's POV

I'm not gonna go to jail for this. That bitch thinks she can send me to jail?! She's dead wrong. I brought a gun with me and u sneaked to the recess room.

I saw them in the room so now was my chance to make them find me not guilty.

"PUT YOUR FUCKING HANDS UP!"

I pointed the gun at the whole jury.

"Now unless you all want to die, you will do as I say. Don't talk. Now, this is what your gonna do. Your going to find me not guilty. And if you find me guilty, I'm going to find your families and kill every single one of them. You got it!?"

They were scared. Good. They nodded in response to my demand.

Once I get back, that bitch is dead. I'm going to take her virginity and kill her.

(Ten minutes later)

Lucy's POV
It's finally time. I saw the jury with the decision that needs to be made.

"Has the jury reached a verdict?"

"Yes y-your honor...."

"How do you find the defendant?"

"W-we find....the defendant....Jude Heartfilia....Not Guilty your honor...."
