Part 13 Proof!

I know most of y'all are mad at me.... But there's a plot twist to this. And I will show you through this chapter. ENJOY!!!

??? POV

There was something fishy going on with Lucy's dad that I'm quite picky about. Curious I decided to get my phone recorder out and sneak into the room myself. I don't want to go in. So as soon as he went into the room I started recording. He was threatening to kill their families if they don't find him not guilty.....hmmmm this is interesting. Once they reach the verdict I'll shock them with this.

Lucy's POV

D-d-did I hear this right? Not guilty? NOT GUILTY?!?!?!

"THIS IS BULLSHIT! THERE IS NO WAY HE'S NOT GUILTY FOR ALL OF THIS!!"

I won't accept this as a hearing! This is all too wrong!

"Lucy's right your honor! I know for a fact that these people aren't dense enough to find this bastard not guilty!"

"I'm sorry but if the jury finds him not guilty then I'll have to close this case. Case Clos-"

"HOLD IT! I HAVE PROOF THIS WAS RIGGED!"

I heard a voice from the court room. And I saw a guy with a tattoo on his left eye......

"Jellal?! What proof do you have?" I asked rather loudly.

"I recorded Mr Heartfilia sneaking into the Jury room and threatening them to find him not guilty."

The courthouse was in a holler when that was said. I was surprised as well. I never thought he would stoop this low...

BANG BANG BANG

"Order in the court! Order!!!"
"Mr Fernandes will you put this video that you recorded on for the jury to see?"

"With pleasure your honor."

And with that the video started. Everyone saw how he said how he was going to kill every one of their families and kill them if they didn't find him not guilty. I was baffled. Why would he do this? Just to abuse me more? Or kill me? I heard loud noises from the jury and the court room itself. If looks and words can kill, Jude would be a skeleton right now.

"MR. HEARTFILIA! Is this true?!"

Of course my father being the idiot he is said to the judge,

"Thats someone else. That's not me. That bitch over there probably hired someone to copy me into doing this. She must want to get her virginity taken!"

I can't do this anymore.....if he says another thing about myself or my friends I'm going to lose it.

(Warning- Sad Part coming...)

I saw my dad reach for a gun....I froze in fear as to asking how he got this....it all happened so fast...he pulled the gun and pointed at me. Then he shot the gun and the bullet hit my shoulder.

I screamed....I let all the pain out as I screamed my heart out. I saw Natsu and Erza trying to get me to safety while the others started to run....my father was being held down by the police. Why.....why did he do this mama? What did I do to deserve this?

I was in darkness for a while. I heard things but couldn't see anything. But with all the strength I had I began to open my eyes.

"Luce?! Guys Lucys waking up!"

"Lu-Chan!"

"Love Rival!!!!"

I saw Natsu, Erza, Levy, Gajeel, Juvia, Gray, and Jellal standing next to me. From the look of it I was in the infirmary of the courthouse.

I felt Natsus arms around me. And he looked like he was crying....I hated seeing the people I care about cry.

"L-luce.....I thought you were gone...you were shot in the arm..and you lost so much blood..."

I can't believe my fath- no. He doesn't deserve to be my dad. I disown him. All I have for him now is pure hatred.

All I could do is caress him and hold him as he cried.

"Shhhhhh.....it's okay...I'm okay, I'm alive."

I'm whole again....these people, my friends. No, my family...they freed me from my torture.

"Thank you all....so much..."

(I'm going to skip to the day of a new court date cause I'm too lazy to type in what happened the next day. They all got some rest and Lucy's arm was healed and bandaged.)

"Has the jury reached a new verdict?"

"Yes your honor. We find Jude Heartfilia sued for child abuse, prostitution, attempt of pornography, and attempt of murder, guilty of all charges. We find Mr Heartfilia guilty also for the attempted rape."

Tears were coming down my face. Not tears of sadness, but of joy....I'm glad he's gonna be gone.

"Mr Heartfilia, I've never seen such vile behavior in my courtroom. You insult your own daughter, you threatened my jury, you even had the nerve to try to murder your own daughter? You disgust me. I sentence you to Life in prison with no chance of parole. Custody of Lucy Heartfilia will go to Mr and Mrs Lockser. This court is adjourned. May God have mercy on your soul."

Everyone cheered for joy once that sentence was said. I'm so happy....I'm free from my endless pain. I finally get to be free mama....
