Lucy's POV

It has been a week ever since my dad was sentenced to life in prison. I'm so glad that I was able to be free now....I'm living with Juvia now. And Sans helps out the best he can. Right now I'm in school, trying to make up for the days I missed cause of the court date.

"WHY DOES MATHS HAVE TO BE SO HARD?!"

"Cmon Lu-Chan. Just relax and think of what the problem is."

Levy has been helping me with the 2 days worth of work I have to make up. I swear she can get through problems faster than she can read a book.

"How can I concentrate when this question is impossible to answer?!"

(Le time skip cause I'm lazy.)

Okay. 1 day worth of work done. Fortunately Ms. Aquarius let us stay a little later to get this done.

"Next time dont miss so much school young lady."

"Hehe I won't Ma'am. Thank you for letting us stay a little late."
I said with a smile. She shrugged it off. She may be a tough and cold cookie, but once you get to know her she's a very caring person.

(Gym)

Gym, gym, gym.....THE WORST CLASS EVER! It's worse than MATHS!
I switched to my gym clothes and Mr. Strauss lined us up for a game of dodge ball. Now I know what your thinking, I don't like dodge ball. You thought wrong. I LOVE IT. Probably the only thing that gets me going in the gym.

"Alright we're going to split you up into two teams! So be a man and raise your hand if you wanna be captain!"

Mr. Strauss yells stuff about being a man A LOT.
I'm used to it but when he tells that to girls it kinda makes them feel awkward. Natsu and Gray were chosen as team captains. And the choosing began.

"Okay. Were going to do Gray first then Natsu. So pick who you want."

Gray: I'll get Juvia.

Juvia ran up to Gray faster than a cheetah. Damn girl are you really that obsessed with him?

Juvia: GRAY-SAMA!

She tackled Gray and fell over on top of him. I can tell they are both blushing. So cute!

Natsu: Luce come on! Your on my team!

I walked over to Natsu with determination. If there's one thing I love more than anything it's smashing a ball into a certain white-haired bitch's face.

Later everyone picked their team. And here's the team.

Natsu:
Lucy
Erza

Gray:
Juvia
Lisanna(More like LASAGNA)

Class is small but hey. It's worth it.

"Okay! Each team gets on one side of the gym lets go!"

One team went on one end and the other team the same. It's dodge ball time.

"3, 2, 1, GO!"

(TIME SKIP. And lets just say Lisanna barely made it out alive)

Natsus team won 5 to 1. Grays team was pretty good. But we were better. As Natsu was bragging to Gray about.

Lisannas POV

That bitch thinks he can take away my Natsu and get away with it?! No. Not now not ever! I felt very humiliated cause of this dodgeball game! I need to devise a plan. I don't intend to kill her no. But she will pay for what she did. Watch out you slut. Your not gonna be able to walk for a while.((Someone smack her in the comments please....I'm writing this and she's getting on my nerves.))

Back to Lucy's POV

So after gym was lunch. THANK GOD. I was really hungry. I felt like I haven't eaten in days. I grabbed my lunch and sat next to my friends. I've been through a lot with them. And they were my family.

"So what's the agenda on this month?"

"Well why don't we have a party so we can celebrate our new lives?"

"Thats a great idea Lu-Chan!"

"Juvia agrees entirely!"

"It'd be nice to take a load off."

Then Natsu confirmed it.
"Alright! It's settled! We'll celebrate tomorrow! At my place!"

"Aye!"

We all shouted. This was the life. And I love it so much.

(Time skip)

Natsus POV

I have a bad feeling. For some reason I felt like someone's gonna be in danger. But I don't know why. Luce was walking with me to Juvias house. And when we were crossing the street we heard someone driving very fast.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Lucy's POV

I heard a car coming toward us at a very fast rate. And Natsu was in front of the car. Using my instinct I pushed him out of the way. Letting the car hit me instead. I would rather be injured than see my friends hurt.

"LUCY!!!!"

Everything went black after that.

Natsus POV

I saw the car come for me then I was being pushed. I thought I was gonna get hit and instead of me...........it was Luce...

"LUCE!!!!"

Then I saw the person come out of the car. All I can say is.....

'It's not over....isn't it?'
