mikey: i'm sorry i couldnt come over yesterday.

sky: it's fine i guess

mikey: no it's not

sky: you could always come over now..

mikey: i think i will :)

sky: good.

mikey: if....

sky: if what?

mikey: you admit that you miss me and want to hang out with me

sky: i miss you. now get your ass over here

mikey: i'm coming.

- an hour later-

mikey: i'm at your door

sky: i'm coming to the door

mikey: i see you through the window ;)

sky: stalker

mikey: just open the door

sky: ok -.-

skylar slowly opened the door,

her eyes; red.

her cheeks; stained with tears

her arms; covered with cuts and bruises

"sky...?" michael said slowly, tears brimming at the corner of his eyes.

"hi" skylar said, forcing a smile as her voice cracked

but all michael did was wrapped his arms carefully around her as he started to quietly sob.

he couldnt believe what he had just seen.

skylar so messed up.

she's always been bubbly.

and even when she was in the worst mood possible,

he couldnt imagine her doing what she had done,

ever.

"michael" skylar whispered as her voice cracked yet again

"mhm" michael mumbled as he guided both of them inside of the house,

not letting go of her for even a split second in the process.

"promise me something?" skylar asked slowly as they both sat on the couch and michael finally let go of her. but as soon as he did, she rested her head on his shoulder, lightly kissing his cheek.

"of course." michael smiled at her sweetly

"don't ever leave me?" skylar said as she broke down again

" i thought you said-" michael began to say before skylar interupted him

"promise me." she said, trying her best to stop crying, but nothing worked

"i.... i promise" michael stiffled a laugh as he quickly wrapped his arms around her before quietly starting to cry

"michael." skylar said as she pulled away from him

" yes?" michael said slowly

"i love you"
