Chapter 6
We paved our way through the hallway, arguing about what movie we should watch. After some time, we opted to watch Warm Bodies. It is horror, right? Keith told me it's brutal and kind of terrifying, seeing bloods all through the whole movie. Isn't that amazing?
We arrived in the living room, sighting Chase stretched out prone on the sofa. His head was buried in the soft pillows. Wow. Just wow.
"What took you for so long, Av?" he asked, his head still under the pillows. He was so carefree, huh? I want to slap his butt relentlessly, enough to make him jump out of his place.
"Excuse me? Can you please move because, you know, Keith and I wanted to sit in my sofa."
All of a sudden, he jump out of the sofa. "Keith! You're finally here!"
"Yes. I'm finally here. By the way, Av and I nave decided to watch Warm Bodies. She told me she love horror so I picked that movie. Is it okay with you?"
Keith looked into Chase, making him create a smile that actually appeared to be fake. It's like he's smirking, planning something. I walked in front of Keith, moving Chase out of his sight. "Is there anything I need to know?"
"Nope. There's none," Chase said, chuckling already.
"I will kill you, Chase! I'm going to slice you into pieces! Don't you dare lie or laugh at me!" I exclaimed, giving him the most threatening look he'll never forget.
"I think it's better if we're going to start watching these movies," Keith suggested, showing DVDs.
"What are those?"
"Romantic movies," Keith answered, grinning. My feeling was right. They really up to something. How disgusting, "which will teach you how to be tickled pink."
"Excuse me? For your information, I know how to be tickled pink!" I exclaimed loudly, echoing in the area. "Parenthetically, that's not a very great idea of yours. I disapprove watching those. Let's just watch Warm Bodies and after that I automatically want you two out of my house."
"Oh, c'mon. I suspect you don't know that Warm Bodies is a paranormal romantic zombie comedy film," Chase uttered vividly.
"Oh really? Lovely. You may go out now," I ordered, pointing the door.
"What about all these DVDs? I'm just going to throw it all away?" Chase asked, frowning.
"Hello? You can watch those in your own home. If you want, watch those with Keith. That would be fun, right?" I said, half-smiling, but eyebrows elevated.
Irritated, I took my way towards the front door. I walked hard, sufficient for the floor to crack. I grab the door knob and I opened the door. "You may go now!" I shouted. "See you!" I added.
I waited for their arrival, but there's no sign of those two morons. "I'm going to count one to three! You better come here!" I screeched. I think they're fooling around. "Faster!" I ordered. "One!"
I heard fast, heavy steps getting louder. "Two!" They finally landed in my sight. "Three!"
Oh great goose, what are they planning again? They really making me crazy. Ugh.
When they appeared in front of me, they were covering oneself's mouth with their strong hands. Obviously, they're laughing.
"What's funny?" I asked, getting an eye contact with Keith. His eyes were watery because of his nonstop mirth. They looked at me as if I'm a clown. They can't even look straight at me. I was still wondering if they were drugged.
