Every light went out in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria--including the emergency lights that were originally the only ones working after the main power was cut.
The buzzing of the building's cheap, aged machinery came to full stop. Even that irritating desktop fan that didn't seem to turn off whether or not it was plugged in ceased to move.
It wasn't long until that uncomfortable sound of nothingness was broken by the tune of a child's music box.
"S-Sally..." Billy whispered in a cracking voice.
"Don't move." Light whispered so quietly it almost came out as a breath.
"Why not?" Johnny whispered back.
Light wanted to face-palm, but the pizza place was so insanely soundless that the animatronic at the door would have picked it up. "We'll be killed!"
"'We'll be killed' just sitting here!" Johnny countered. With that, he stood up.
The security guard would've pulled him back down by the leg had he not been too weak to do so. Instead, he just stared in horror with his mouth agape as Johnny searched around the room for a weapon.
A stick-like object almost caused Ghost to fall and cause a ruckus that would have been pretty loud. What's this? He thought, catching himself.
The shining lights in the animatronic's plastic eyes flickered like the broken hallway bulbs along with its little tune.
The siblings held their hands over each other's mouth as if they were both about to scream.
The uncomfortably confident paranormal investigator picked up the stick and started poking what seemed to be Freddy Fazbear.
The bear continued its song anyway.
Johnny crouched down to whisper to the others. "He doesn't seem to mind us."
Light shut his mouth slowly. "He doesn't seem to want to leave us."
He looked back up at the robot's creepy glowing eyes, then refocused on Ghost. "I can't believe I'm deciding to lose all of today's pay by leaving early after all I went through, but... How do you suppose we can get out of here?"
Billy pulled Sally's hand off of his mouth. "We can't just beat the crap out of these robotic freaks, can we?"
Sally did the same with Billy's hand. "Don't be stupid! Why would you hurt such cute little animals?"
"Little?" Zeron's eyes widened in shock.
Freddy's Ouverture stopped unexpectedly but his eyes remained glowing.
"Cute?!" Johnny exclaimed quietly. He shook his head. "I don't care how weird this sounds, but everyone grab onto another's hand and run for the right door."
"Wait, I can't get up...!" Light said as Sally held his left arm and Billy held his right.
Ghost spotted the back of everybody and saw the bear opening his mouth very slowly.
It screamed girlishly at him and walked up to where Johnny could feel the coldness of the air around it.
Seeing as there was no point in keeping quiet any longer, Johnny ordered the others in an 'outside voice.' "Go faster!" His heart was beating quicker now.
Freddy reached out his imitations of four-fingered human hands and latched onto Johnny's neck, attempting to strangle him.
Help... He couldn't even mouth a single word to the siblings, who both turned back and widened their eyes in fright.
"S-Sorry, mister." Sally said to the security guard as she left him on the hallway ground. Billy gave him a sad look and left to help Johnny as well.
Sally called out his name.
He couldn't hear over the sound of his own impending death. In fact, he was too busy choking to hear himself think.
At any moment, the murderous animatronic would only have to lift him up... and it might've felt very similar to being hanged...
Sally stopped and realized that she wasn't really even sounding like herself. She shouldn't have been thinking like that!
Despite his sister entering the office first, Billy was the first to take action. With all his might, he pried a metallic hand off of Johnny's throat(It would have taken more effort had Freddy's fingers been jointed). "Sally!" Billy called for his sister. "Get the other hand now!"
Sally, being the stronger one of the two, not only removed Freddy's other hand, she also snapped it backwards on its joint.
Johnny fell backwards onto his elbows. He breathed as deeply as he could. "I... was going to die..." He said quietly.
Y-You would have been better off with me--with me in control. Jimmy thought with similar pain to that of Johnny's.
You would have gone crazy and killed everybody a long time ago... Johnny countered, silencing the parasite.
The animatronic screamed again, but this time at Sally. It went towards her at a slow walking pace, which was honestly as fast as it could go when moving freely.
"Can you stand up?" Sally asked Ghost, already beginning to overlap his arm over hers.
"Yes... but I'll need a little help--" He nearly toppled over, but he was able to stay up long enough.
"Just run!" Billy demanded.
Everyone followed his order and sprinted into the hallway.
A few were handicapped, though.
Light began to get close to standing up again. He fell over again when Billy ran by with the others and literally almost picked him up by the upper arm.
For the moment, there were still two possible but nonetheless unanswered questions.
What of the fox animatronic Billy found earlier when he was trying to find a hiding spot to avoid the security guard?
More importantly, where was the exit?

The Wattpad update makes me want to post art of all of the characters so you can see what they all look like in the story (The cover shows a few of them though)!
Even if I do, that'll probably be later on. :3
