After the heartbreak and the tears he left you peppered me with kisses.
You took me by surprise. I locked my heart up. I was so careful not to show feeling. Deny every man before he even approached.
But you broke the walls.
Our first kiss was a joke, it wasn't supposed to hold any deeper meaning.
But every moment after was rich with want and need.
I've fallen for you. I have no safety net prepared no cushion for the blow that may come.
You're so sweet so wonderful. And I realize now, I deserve happiness.
I've been punishing myself for things that weren't my fault. I am deserving of love.
You may have awful taste in movies claiming Revenant is the best movie ever. But you sat there cuddled up with me to watch the notebook so I guess you aren't that bad.
