September 19, 2015 3:37 pm Denise's POV ** After school my mom and I went to the grocery store which is my favorite store btw, to buy avocados and other ingredients to make some guacamole to take to Joel's house. This time I kept an eye on my mom before something happens like if she sells me to the circus or something like that you never know. Maybe if I run and get brownies nothing will happen.
I speed walked to the bakery section I looked back to still keep an eye on my mom but then bumped into someone or something I looked up to see Joel standing there. "I'm sor-Denise?" Joel asked confused with a small smile "If your not talking brownies I don't wanna talk." I said then face palmed of my stupid response "Actually I bought your brownies." Joel said handing be the brownies I gave him a hug then kissed the brownies "Do I get a kiss too?" Joel asked wiggling his eyebrows I just gave him a fuck I look like? Look then laughed "later" I told him with a wink.
I looked around for a bit then looked at Joel "Joelito where's your mother?" I asked him he gave me a blank face then looked around as well "I don't know. Why?" He asked with again a confused smile "Because..last time they set us up on a date and now they might set us up to marriage." I answered with a straight face he looked at me for a while then started laughing and hugged me. I hugged back he smells so good like damn boy.
"Really Denise marriage?" "Yeah there crazy you never know." "I wouldn't mind being married to you." "Haha right you would want to divorce my crazy ass on the third day we're married." "At least we would have already done our honeymoon." He laughed that's a good one "Wooooow your so funny. Now seriously I need to get to my mother." I said in a sarcastic tone, then tried to get away from Joel who was still hugging me.
*Skipping store and guacamole making**
After I finished making the guacamole with my mom (who only kept tasting it and was no help whatsoever) I looked at the time to see I had 15 minutes to get ready I ran to my room and changed into a white crop top that said 'city girl' in black, a leather black skirt and some all red adidas superstars. Before leaving I put my hair in a side ponytail than told my mom to take me to Joel's house.

4:30 We arrived to Joel's house I was pretty sure it was his there was like fifteen cars parked, that's that Mexican shit. I felt too nervous to just walk in so I texted Joel instead
To: Joelito 💩💖 I'm outside and I have food 😁😂 From: Joelito 💩💖 You couldn't just knock at the door? 😂
I see Joel come out side and I also saw three people who were looking out the window. Joel came up to the car and took the guacamole bowl out of my hands and said bye to my mom. He shifted the bowl to his left hand took my hand in his right intertwining our hands. "Ya llego la novia del Joel!" I hear a familiar voice shout making me blush everyone stopped and looked at me. "Ay mira que bonita esta!" Said and old lady coming up to me I saw that she actually looked like Joel so that must be his abuela she gave me hug which I returned "Aye que buen gusto tienen los dos miralos que chulos." She said squeezing both our cheeks making me laugh .
"Verdad que sí?" Joel answered soon some of his family came to greet me and introduced themselves. I honestly don't know what to do like thanks to Yoandri they think I'm his girlfriend but I'm not but we act like it in a way, sorta, kinda, a little. Joel and I walked into the kitchen where his mom was heating tortillas and another lady who was making homemade lemonade.
"Esta es la novia?" The lady making the lemonade asked unamused looking at me up and down "yes tía se llama Denise." Joel said blankly "Sandra también está bonita. Por qué escogerías a esta niña?" His I'm adding now fat ass nosey ass rude ass aunt said.
Joel just rolled his eyes I stood there awkward, confused and slightly irritated. Joel was pulling me out of the kitchen but I stopped and turned to his aunt before saying "Nice to meet you tia, glad to be part of the family bye."
