Chapter 15

I ran outside to catch up with them

"Wait, I said"

"For what, Shelby asked?"

"I'm sorry I snapped it's just I have a lot on my mind lately and I don't know how to control my emotions".

"We get it and you've changed a lot, Ariana said.

"I know and I'm really sorry for that I just don't know what to think".

"It's ok we'll help you every step of the way, Shelby said.

"Thanks". I hugged them tightly and we walked back into my house.

One month later

After school

I was walking to Brads locker to talk to him. I haven't been feeling the best lately.

"Hey Brad".

"Hey Bells".

"Can we take a walk?"

"When?"

"Right now".

"Um ok".

We walked out of school and I held his hand tightly. We started toward a park area until we stopped at we sat down on a bench. He grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes and then looked away.

"We need to break up he said".

"Oh".

"Don't play Bella I know that you like someone else and I can see it in your eyes".

"Brad I'm really sorry".

"Don't be , it's ok and I know what it's like to miss someone".

"Thank you for everything and thanks for understanding".

"That's what friends do".

" I guess but what about you".

"I'm gonna talk to my best friend Jordyn and talk about getting back together".

"I'm happy for you".

"You too".

I kissed him on the cheek and we started walking from the park. He walked me home and then I decided to text Hayes.

Me- can I come over later?

Hayes- totally

Me- what time?

Hayes- anytime you want.

Me- I'll surprise you.

Hayes- can't wait.

I decided to take a shower and get ready for Hayes. I decided that I want to get back together with him and I'm gonna flirt with him or at least try to flirt cuz I'm not too good at it. I decided to leave right after I took a shower.

I walked to his house because he lived down the street. I rang the doorbell and he answered.

"Hey, I said".

"Hey"

"I need to tell you something".

"Go ahead".

"Ok, well I......."

As I was talking a girl came out of his house.

"Hayes when are you coming back?".

"Who's this? she asked in a defensive way.

"That's my friend Bella".

"hey I said.

"Hi I'm Hayes' girlfriend".

"This is Hannah Hayes said".

"Oh I've seen you around school I said.

"Yeah I get that a lot but nice meeting you I'm gonna head back inside".

"Nice meeting you too" I said.

"So what did you wanna tell me?"

"Nothing I said lying.

"Oh stop just tell me.

"I forgot what I was gonna say but have a good time with Hannah.

"Thanks see you around".

After I left his house tears started to come into my eyes but I held them back. I walked home really upset and I'm heartbroken.
