I'm extremely excited for this chapter. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it! Oh, and please help me on my British terms. I am not from anywhere near there, so if you see an American term where there should be a British term, comment and let me know! All feedback is appreciated.

Happy Reading!

After two hours of checking out everything in my room, taking a much needed shower, and relaxing while watching some Glee, I heard a knock at the door. I got up, knowing it was probably Ashley with the schedule. I opened up my door, but there was no one there. I leaned forward to look out down the hall. Suddenly, a boy jumped out while yelling “Surprise!”

I screamed so loudly, I'm pretty sure the hotel next door could have heard me. My reflexes kicked in and I immediately hit the boy who had just scared me. I heard laughter from around the corner, and the guy looked at my incredulously while pinching his nose.

“Jesus, woman!”

“I'm so sorry, but what are you doing scaring me? This is your fault.” I then saw the four other boys crowd around and realized who I just punched.

“Oh my god. You're One Direction. I'm so sorry, I didn't know. It's just reflexes.” The other boys just laughed, then the one in the Letterman jacket looked at me questioningly. “You are Kadence, right?”

“Of course I am.”

“You wouldn't recognize him?” He said, pointing to the blond I punched.

I didn't even think to look them up and find facts about them and see what they look like. I knew nothing about them. Not even their names.

“Uh, no. I wouldn't. I'm not really a huge fan. I don't mean to sound rude or anything.” Although I did.

“You don't like us, but you entered a contest to meet us?” The one with curly hair and dimples asked me. He looked amused.

“My friend entered me into the contest, actually. I didn't even know he had done so until I got the email and he confessed. It's not that I'm not honored to meet you, of course I am. I probably sound completely rude.” I explained.

The one with blond hair that I had punched earlier laughed. “You're fine. Just, keep your hands to yourself next time?”

“Be at the door like a normal person next time?” I laughed while he scowled at me.

The guy with the Letterman jacket went on. “So, we have some bad news and good news. What would you like first?”

“Bad news.” I said without having to think. I liked ending things on a good note.

“The schedule that was made for us has been completely lost. Someone wiped it from the computer on accident. So, we have no schedule at all.”

“Good news?” I said nervously. What does it mean if we have no schedule? Do I have to go home?

“We get to do whatever we want tomorrow. We pretty much make up our own schedule.” All the boys smiled at this.

“Even more exciting than following some schedule to me.” I smiled.

“Great! Then we will be around here to pick you up in the morning and we will come up with something to do.” The one with dimples said.

“Awesome! But before you guys go, could I get your names? I have no idea what they are.” I said, almost embarrassed. All of the boys looked surprised and offended.
