"Want some coffee Boss-man?"
I looked up from my paper to see my 16 year old son standing in front of me with a pot of coffee in on hand and a half eaten bagel in the other. "Is it regular?" I asked.
"Is there any other kind?" he replied jokingly. I smirked proudly as he poured me a cup.
My son's name is Tony. He has brown hair, green eyes and a sort-of devil smirk constantly plastered on his face.
"Good Morning Gibbsy-giggles!" said Abby, Tony's 10 year old sister and my only daughter, as she breezed in.
"You too Abby-Einstein!" I replied. I had started calling her this when she was younger and I had her IQ tested. She scored off the charts for her age so the name sort-of stuck. Abby has black hair and brown eyes and her clothes normally consist of dark red and black. You could, in no uncertain terms, say that she was goth.
"Well, got to go," I said before adding,"Don't forget Jenny and her kids are coming over for dinner tonight." This announcement was met with groans, of course. Jenny and I, despite having gotten engaged last night, cannot get our kids to like each other. No matter what we try, they always end up arguing. I just hope we can fix this problem before we become one big (un)happy family.
