"No Oppa! I don't want to be separated with you! Andwe!"
"Yah! Park Jaemin!"
"Oppa.. Noo.." I sobbed in my sleep
"PARK JAEMIN!"
My eyes shot opened as I huffed and puffed. Sweats were trickling down my forehead.
"Nightmare again?" My room mate, Rena asked. Well, Rena's not her real name, she doesn't really tell me about her real name nor a family background. Rena is older than me by 2 years and we have been living together for 4 months. We were schoolmates once and realized we can clique together very well so we stayed as good friends. Hence, we decided to stay together.
"Ne Unnie." I replied her
" *sigh* when will you ever forget about him? I'm pretty sure he will not remember you." Rena said.
"I know Unnie.. I can't help myself.. He's my brother after all.." I said sadly
"You're gonna be late for your school soon. Don't think of anything and just try not to get bullied in the first day alright?" Rena said and left my room. Rena always acts like my sister, mother and a friend. She is fun to be with, and although she always nag at me, I know that it's for my own good.
So by now, I'm pretty sure you're wondering what happened to me right?
When I was 5, I lost both of my biological parents in a car accident, I was the only one that survived the accident. After their deaths, I was put up for adoption, many couples have wanted to adopt me as I was a healthy, bubbly child but I refused to be adopted. So one day, a couple with a young boy came. They want to adopt me, but as usual, I refuses to be adopted. So then, I thought they would just leave me alone and adopt others but no, the little boy came to me and said "annyeonghaseyo, my name is Jimin, Park Jimin." He gave me a small shy smile, his eyes curved like the moon we used to draw as a kid. He's really cute. "Annyeonghaseyo.. I'm Jina. Kim Jina.." Yes, Jina was my real name. I gave him a small smile and walked towards the swing, thinking that he would leave me alone.
"Jina~~" Jimin followed me to the swing and sat down beside me.
"Yes?" I asked.
"How old are you?" He asked as he push himself backward, only to swing forward.
"I'm 5.." I said shyly. For a 5 years old girl, I sure know how to speak decently.
"Oh.. I'm 8! That makes me your Oppa!" He said excitedly.
"Jina, why don't you want to get adopted?" He asked. After an awkward silence, I spoke up.
"Because.. I don't want to be someone else's child.." I said, looking down.
"Ohh.. But Jina! We would make a really good siblings right?" He said
"I guess so.." I said as I start to get a little interested in being his younger sister.
We continue talking and we played lots of games together. His parents came and asked me for the final time if I want to be adopted. So finally, I said 'yes'. That day, Jimin and I held hands as we go back to his house. They changed my name from Kim Jina to Park Jaemin legally and from then, I became Park Jimin's adopted sister, Park Jaemin.
"Yah Jaemin! You're not prepared yet?" Rena came in my room, while holding onto a wooden spatula, yes she cooks.
"I'll get prepared now unnie!" Seeing her ferocious face, I went to shower immediately. It's my first day of school in Bulletproof Academy and I sure do not want to be late.
After I shower, I went to wear my glasses because lazy me does not want to buy new contact lenses. I wore my uniform which looks like..

I took my bag, and left my room.
"Holy shit. I'm late!" I shouted as i looked at the clock which says '7:56am'
I ran to the dining table and took the sandwich that Rena made for me, said goodbye to her and ran to the door, after wearing my school shoes, I ran out of the apartment.
*i will never make it in time.* I said to myself
As I wait for my bus, a car stopped in front of me..
