I told him about everything that happened and it seems that he can relate due to his face.
"I can relate" He said slightly smiling.
"Huh?"
"I felt that before" He said. "My cousin too, now actually."
I was wondering who's his cousin.
"Who's your cousin?" I asked curious of it.
"Come with me. I want you to meet him."
Him?????????
"By the way, I'm Rhen"
I wasn't able to say anything because he was now dragging me to who knows where.
He was dragging to me to somewhere that I was familiar enough.
Wait.....
This...
This road....
These houses...
Could it be??
That his cousin is....
"Hey Mac."
When I heard his name, I immediately looked up, eyes widened.
"Hey.." His voice. "Angel..."
I can feel my heart beating fast. Oh no..
"I can see that you're with my cousin Angel.." he said eyeing Rhen His voice cold unlike before..
Did I changed him?
"You two know each other?" Rhen asked
Mac.
"Yeah, she's... a friend." I was somehow hurt by what he said. It hurts like a vase. Breaks into little pieces.
"Oh..okay."
I set my eyes downcast.
Mac's POV
I felt a pain in my chest after what I've said to them, even to Angel. I can feel she's sad about what I've said. I can see her face hurting, I can feel it.
Damn...
Why did I even said that anyway????
I regret what I said. I wasn't myself that time. My anger boiled me up. I can feel myself boiling to. How I wish that I want to hug Angel. To comfort her, to catch her when she falls.
Angel, I'm sorry....
3rd POV
"Uncle, the job you had given is finished." A familiar voice In black jeans and white shirt said to a familiar man in black suit.
"Good." The man in black said. His voice deep cold and his aura is heavy.
"Are you sure you want to do this to him?"
"Yes. I need to." He said still in a cold voice.
"Why?"
"Don't ask for more questions."
The boy in black jeans had his head hung low. Not knowing what his uncle wants to do. But all he wants is to get the woman she loved and he now works with his uncle for that, he just followed his orders. His anger boiled out thinking about everything he wants to get. All he thought is saying "I'm sorry."
**One day ago...**
Angel's POV
I was on my way to my locker to get my things for my next subject until someone went to me.
"Hey Angel.." I was shocked and looked to my left.
"Hey Rhen.."
"What's with the face? You sad?" Rhen sad looking at me.
"About him?" He suddenly said. I looked at him with my eyes quite widened.
"Uhm..no... it's about something else." I said avoiding him.
"Oh.. Just tell me please?"
I can't just tell it to him directly. Heck I can't even trust him. But I have an uncomfortable feeling towards him. I don't know what it is. This feeling is really uncomfortable. Ugh.
"Why? It's a secret.." I said thinking of it as am excuse.
"Really??"
"Yeah..."
"Why won't you--"
"Just No!" He was shocked at my reaction. He was so annoying me. And also it's irritating the hell out of me.
"Sorry..."
"Just leave me alone for a while. I'm not in the mood."
"Okay." He said and I left him.
I went to the canteen and sat there thinking about what to do when someone sat in front of me. I looked up and saw Mac sitting there.
"Hope you don't mind me sitting here in front of you." I eyed him and nodded. I don't even know why I'm doing this. He's my ex and yet I agreed at him to sit in font of me.
"Well..." He started speaking.
"What do you want?" I asked demanding. I changed my mind.
"What?"
"I'm not gonna ask again."
"I didn't hear you."
"Then you should've listen." I said.
"You've gotten way more smarter than before." He smiled as if there's nothing happened between us.
"Is that an insult?"
"No.. it's a compliment." I huffed and was about to stand up when he stopped me.
"Stay first. We need to sort things out."
"We don't need to. We already sort things out. There's nothing between us anymore. We're finished." I said highlighting some words that can hit him for what he did.
That made him quiet.
I decided to stand up and left him alone.
I walked towards the comfort room until a hand grasp my arm. The hand was warm and I looked at the owner of the hand and it was Lance. His face was full of curiosity.
"Angel..." He looked at me. I know. HE wants to know what happened. Everything. I looked at him and some tears fell from my eyes and now I didn't realised I was already crying. He hugged me and soothed me.
"Shh..It's okay..."
