1. *Eat cucumbers*. Buy some healthy organic cucumbers and slice them in pieces, then take a sliced cucumber piece and place it on your skin and gently rub, the natural vitamins and nutrients from the cucumbers will get into your skin and moisturize the dry areas of your skin, making your skin look young and fresh. It won't work all at once but if you repeat this process you will definitely see results. Also eating cucumbers raw is a good and natural way to make your skin look healthy. It's more of the skin of the cucumber that's healthy, but still eat a cucumber a day, same thing with green apples and papaya juice they also have nutrients not only to make your skin younger but to remove blemishes to. It might sound weird but it's a lot better than spending your money on skin products that don't even work.

2. Massage, remove all make-up and apply a suitable cleanser for your skin and gently rub, make sure to rinse really good, you want as much oil out of your skin as possible, if you are not sure what cleanser is good for you then you can just use a type of juice (as mentioned in the previous step)

3. Exfoliate and hydrate, when you get done exfoliating, then thats the perfect time to hydrate, drink at least a glass of water after exfoliating, but you still need at least 8 glasses of water a day for your body.

4. Don't stay in the sun too long. If you do go out into the sun, then make sure you are wearing sun screen. Also in cold climates, wear wide rimmed hats and face guards to protect you from the ice cold wind.
