1) The right colours:
For girls with brown eyes: violet and blue or black would be a nice fit.
For blue eyes: greys, brown and blue would give depth to your eyes. Gold, purple or black would fit all skin tones and go well with girls with black eyes. (Glitter always gives a sexy effect; try not to get solid colours.)
2) Ladies, don't over do it!:
You know when you've applied too much eye shadow when you look like an actor from The Undead. If you're applying darker colours like black or brown, try to keep it light and simple. Don't make it look like you have massive eye bags.
