So, Koh was expelled yesterday. When he left he threatened that he would get back at us or something. To be honest, I was actually a little worried after that because of the scary look that he gave us, but the guys managed to take my mind off of that. Also, ever since yesterday, everybody's been so praising, which I don't really know why because it was Rihito that I saved from being expelled not eveybody else, but whatever. Rihito has been so thoughtful and helpful too. At least at first that's what I thought, but he's been being so helpful that it's kind of annoying me. I mean, this morning I made Finnish pancakes because the good friend I am promised to get up extra early to make my friends some for breakfast and Rihito kept asking what he could do to help. When he first asked I was like wow Rihito is being so helpful, but as I was making them he literally snatched the bowl away from me and said that he got it. I told him ok and left him to grease the pan, but then when I came back to check on him he was putting onions in the batter. Yes, you heard me right. Onions in the Finnish pancake batter. I got so mad at him, but only because he was messing up my mom's recipe. Of course, I didn't mean to yell at him, but it was kind of like when Koh made it look like Ichigo stole my picture of me and my parents together. I was upset when that happened because it was the only picture that I had brought with me from home of me and my parents together. So, when I got mad at Rihito that was only because the Finnish pancake recipe was all I had of my mom and it upset me when I saw him messing it up. Rihito apologized so many times I've lost count and then he kept trying to do things to make me forgive him, but I wasn't really mad at him. I was just upset. I've been over it for a while and I apologized to him as well for yelling at him. The curious guy that he is, he asked why I got so mad at him, which then made me even more annoyed because I couldn't tell him what the reason was. Then, what did he do next? He persisted on asking me why. Ugh, I honestly don't think he knows when to drop the subject or when people are giving him clues telling him to stop. I've been semi avoiding him again after that incident this morning. It seems like we've been doing that a lot lately. He makes me mad or annoyed or upset then I avoid him and then he tries to make up, but I end up apologizing first. I would have thought that after what happened at Ryuzo's slumber party that he would have learned to tell when he should drop the subject.
"Rocky," Haruki says bringing me out of my thoughts.
"What?" I ask still slightly dazed.
"You dazed off for the tenth time this class," Haruki explains with a sigh, "Are you ok? Is this about what happened with Rihito this morning?
"Oh, sorry Haru," I apologize as I turn to look at him, "How could you tell that I was thinking about what happened with Rihito this morning?"
"That's an easy one. You kept mumbling oh Rihito Rihito Rihito during class," Haruki states with a little chuckle. Did I really mumble that? Oh god. I need to learn to keep my thoughts to myself. I look away embarrassed.
"Oh, I didn't realize that I was saying that out loud," I respond in embarrassment. Haruki chuckles again amusingly.
"So, what is it that's bothering you?" Haruki asks curiously. I sigh heavily.
"I don't know. I was just upset this morning because it was a recipe that my mom taught me to make and it was really important to me. Then when I saw Rihito butchering it up it made me upset," I explain. Haruki's eyebrows knit in worry before he nods in understanding.
"I guess I can understand why that would make you upset. That would probably make me upset too," Haruki agrees with a comforting smile. Haruki is so cute and understanding. Ugh, why can't all guys be like Haruki? "Don't be too mad at him though. He's been texting me all class asking me to tell you that he's really sorry and that he wants you and him to make up."
"Really?" I ask in surprise. Wow, Rihito wants to be the one to make up first. This is new and just when I had said that I was always the one to apologize first.
