Thanks to dad's genius advice, I finally know who to choose out of Rihito and Ichigo and I plan on telling them both today who it is that I choose. Hopefully, the one that I don't choose won't be too upset because I really don't want to upset him. Today all the students are busy packing up her things to go back home for summer. I can't wait to see dad. Hopefully he doesn't get upset about which guy I choose.
As I quickly pack up my things into my original bags and suitcase I sigh heavily. I will be back again next year, no doubt in this same room. Hopefully this same room because I really like this room. Hopefully I'm in this room for the next years to come at this academy. I've just got 3 more years to go and then I'll get into a good college. Smiling, I exit my room and lock it. Dad's coming to pick me up soon. I guess I'll head down to the main office first to drop off my key and then I'll wait by the front. Nodding, I walk down the hall to the stairs. As I walk down the hallway I see Haruki, Ryuzo, and Takeshi coming out of their rooms with bags and suitcases in their hands. I approach them with a smile.
"Hey guys," I greet them with a wave. They all turn around and smile when they see me.
"Hey Rocky," Ryuzo greets me with a wide smile. Takeshi smiles at me too.
"You all packed up to go home?" Haruki asks as he looks at my bags.
"Yup, all ready for summer vacation," I respond with a nod. Haruki chuckles.
"Yeah, whoo hoo! Summer!" Ryuzo exclaims loudly. Geez, Ryuzo, stop yelling.
"Ryu, do you always have to burst my eardrums with your yelling?" I ask in annoyance as I cover my ears with my hands. Ryuzo scowls at me and then shrugs.
"So, what are you going to do about Rihito and Ichigo?" Takeshi asks curiously. Upon hearing this Haruki and Ryuzo stop what they are doing and look at me too with curious expressions.
"I plan on telling them who I choose today," I respond.
"Oh, you already decided?" Haruki asks in surprise. I simply nod.
"So, tell us. Which one is it?" Ryuzo asks curiously as excitement flashes through his eyes.
"It's definitely Rihito," Takeshi responds with certainty.
"Yeah, maybe, but I'll be nice and say the opposite of what I'm thinking. I'll say it's Ichigo," Haruki replies.
"Oh yeah, well, I think it's neither," Ryuzo answers. We all look at him in confusion.
"Why do you think that?" I ask raising my eyebrow at him.
"Because it's definitely me," Ryuzo states pointing to himself. I stare at him with a blank expression.
"Ryu, you're not even one of the options," Haruki remarks, "We're deciding between Rihito or Ichigo."
"Why can't I be an option?" Ryuzo asks shrugging his shoulders. Uh, that's because I just see you as a friend.
"I don't think you should even be considered an option after you kidnapped her to give her a makeover and walked in on her when she was just in her bra," Takeshi explains. Geez, Takeshi, did you have to say that out loud like that? What if somebody hears you?
"Ok, in my defense, I didn't walk in on her on purpose. She wasn't answering the door and her door was unlocked, so I thought maybe she fell asleep or something," Ryuzo argues. Really Ryuzo? I fell asleep? Lamest excuse you have ever come up with.
"Pffft, yeah right," Takeshi responds as he smirks, "You probably just wanted to see her in her bra." My eyes widen at this and Ryuzo's cheeks redden. He looks away in embarrassment.
