Well, it's that time of the year. Exam time! Whoop whoop. I can't believe it's already been a year since I came to the academy. Time sure does fly when you're having fun I guess. This week is going to be nothing, but studying. I really need to get a good grade on these exams, so that I can get into a good college plus I want dad proud of me. I have to make sure that nothing distracts him. I have to make sure that I stay focused through this week.
I still have yet to decide who I love more. Ugh, this has been bugging me so much. I just don't know who to pick. I mean, I like both of them, I think. Ichigo was really mean at first, but once you get to know him he's actually really nice. Rihito was really quiet at first, but once you get to know him he's really flirty and really perverted. Although, he seems to not be as flirty or perverted these days. He did say that he was going to fight for my love without doing it the way he does it. I don't really know what that means, but I think what he meant to say was that he's going to lay off the flirting. Thank god, I can't take Rihito's flirting this week. I need all the quietness and alone time that I need to study.
I'm actually thinking of maybe distancing myself from them this week, so that I have no distractions. I know the less I see Ichigo and Rihito the less I'll be tempted to think about who I love more. As for the others the less I see of them the less they'll ask me about Ichigo and Rihito. I think I can handle not being around them for a week. After all, we don't classes at all this week because everybody's busy studying for the exams, so I can just stay in my room and then come out when it's time for the exams. Alright! I think I got this.
Taking out my notes, some paper, and writing utensils I begin to study my first subject. Ugh, why is math so freaking hard sometimes?! Sighing, I take my calculator out and type in some digits. Once I get the answer I write it down. I quickly finish through the equation then flip to the back of my text book for the answer."What?!" I ask in shock as I see that the answer is nowhere near what I got on the calculator, "I could have sworn I got that one right." Ugh, stupid math. Groaning, I look over the equation again. After about 5 minutes I finally come across where I went wrong. "Oh, ok, I get it now." I quickly change my error and type the digits into my calculator. The answer that is in the text book appears on the calculator screen. I sigh in relief. Just then a knock on the door disrupts me from my studying.
"Rocky?" I hear the sound of Haruki's voice ask. Phew, I thought it was Ichigo or Rihito. I get up from my bed and go to answer the door. I open the door to see Haruki and the others standing there. My smile falters when I see Ichigo and Rihito, but I managed to compose myself, so that they didn't see.
"Oh, hey guys, what's up?" I ask trying not to sound like I want them to go away, so that I can study.
"Are you coming down to breakfast?" Rihito asks curiously as he smiles at me. He's not doing his flirty smile either. It's just a smile. This makes me stare at him for a minute.
"Rocky?" Ryuzo asks as he waves his hand in front of my face. I shake my head and clear my throat.
"Oh, uh, sorry, just spacing out I guess," I explain awkwardly, "I've had a lot of things on my mind."
"Yeah, we noticed," Haruki responds with a chuckle, "Come down to breakfast. You shouldn't study on an empty stomach."
"Wait, how'd you know I was studying?" I ask in surprise as I stare at him.
"Because you have your books sprawled everywhere," Haruki explains as he points into my room. I turn around to see that indeed my books were laying everywhere. Oh, wow, my room looks like a tornado came through. I suppose I should clean it up before I get back to studying. "Trust me. Your brain will work better once you have food in your belly." I guess Haruki has a point. I am pretty hungry right now. I guess it won't hurt to go have some food before I clean my room and then get back to studying.
