I woke up to the smell of bacon. I'm always waking up to something Right ? I know.

I ran to the kitchen. And what I saw almost put me in the hospital.

It was Aubrey

"AUBREY????"

She turned around

"Good Morning Rosalinda"

"Where have you been ??"

"What you mean ?"

"I mean you were gone for almost a week and a half."

She looked confused

"Honey you want some food ?" she handed me a plate

"Where's A ?"

"Oohh he had to got out for a quick run."

I tasted the Grits and spit it out , it tasted funny, it smelled weird.

The room was spinning

"Bitch did you poison me ??"

I tried to attack her, but my legs went numb.

I started throwing stuff but the bitch dodged it

I crawled to the phone but before I could get to it, I heard the the keys in the door and Aubrey was gone.

"Rose ??? what the fuck happened ??? "

Before I could tell him what happened I passed out

I was being rushed to the hospital. the nurse kept opening my eyes and flashing lights, asking me questions

"Mam do you know where you are?"

-Passed out

"Do you know who did this?"

2hrs later I regained consciousness

Angelo was by my side.

He started grilling me

"Why would she do this too me ?"

"I liked her?"

"Who Rose, Who ??"

"....Aubrey"

"My fiance ?"

I shook my head yes

He was furious

Derek came running in.. "How is she ??"

"Omg Rose." he hugged me...

Angelo left And Derek sat in the hospital bed with me. Never left my side.

We laid back watching t.v

"Excuse me sir you can't be on there" The nurse told Derek.

He ignored her.

He got me everything I wanted as far as food and things to entertain me cuz this shit was boring.

I started taking the IV outta my arm.

"What the hell are you doing?" Derek said

"I wanna go home.. "

"No your gonna stay here until you get better !"

I sighed.

I was half asleep when Angelo came back

He was talking to Derek

Derek: Yoo calm down

A: Nah no one messes with my sister to get back at me that was fucked up

Derek : Wym?

A: I did some snooping around when I was gone. Aubrey man, She's Bank's sister. Shit how didn't I see this..

They notice me waking up and stopped talking.

"Get your stuff I'm signing you out Rose" A said packing my stuff.

I never seen Angelo like this before. He looked mad, scared and Nervous.

We Got into this Black SUV and took off.

A was on the phone talking to his boys, talking about we were on high alert.

We got back to the house and there were more cars there than at a car show.

So many guys

Angelo called a meeting

"The drug lord Banks is going after my family y'all one by one.. His sister was sent to spy on us. She set us up."

"Aubrey was his sister."

I was allowed to sit in at the meeting. I wanted to find the bitch and killed her myself.

"But why is he after us? "sean asked

"Cause of the Two year lost and came up way too short and I wanted to stop doing business, going out on my on branch"

Derek took me outside he thought the house was bugged he wasn't privacy

"Look Rose go pack some stuff your gonna be staying with me for a while until this blows over."

"But what about A ?"

"He has a place to go"

Without hesitation I ran I the house and packed Two months worth of stuff

I kissed Angelo bye, he must of known the plan. He slipped me something before I left and told me to read it when I was safe.
