It had seemed like the Lion had forgotten me in the midst of the wild banter outside the door earlier. Not that I had particularly minded it, in fact it was a blessing if anything. If I had to listen to the arrogant fool any longer, I would've grabbed the computer next to me and bashed it into his head. Though that would be a complete waste, maybe later I'll make a specialized bat for that very purpose.
Capricorn and Virgo wanted us to meet in the gathering hall. Most likely to stop the impeding event coming in a few hours. Everyone was so naive to hope for something so trivial. They wanted to regain their humanities back in exchange for their godly powers, how foolish. I was perfectly fine with how everything was. Why change it now?
"Dike."
A figure appeared in front of me, an exact replica of my persona. Unlike the others who tried so desperately to cling onto the tiny fragments of their forgotten humanities, I had created mine. Forged through endless decades of working.
"Yes Aquarius?"
He had everything I didn't, happiness, empathy, compassion.
"I want you to go and take my place at the meeting."
A forced smile, I could tell he disliked the idea of pretending to be me. It went against his nature, he was warm and loving. To act cold and distant would leave a sour taste in his mouth. But it was clear that the both of us wouldn't be changing any time soon.
"Whatever you command."
His outfit morphed to copy mine, a simple long, white jacket with slacks and a blue shirt.
"And don't get caught."
~*~
My feet shaky, head pounding, I began to slowly edge down the long corridor.
"Yeah go take my spot in the meeting he says, don't get caught he says."
While mumbling quite a few profanities about my creator, unknowingly my feet gave out under me. My body colliding with the floor. Karma had heard what I said and was getting back at me now.
"Γαμώ!"
First he expects me to act like him, walk with my artificial body without any practice, then have horrible fashion taste too. What, it was not like I was a perfect being who could follow any commands given to me. Go ask someone else who was perfect, like I don't know, anyone else but me?
"Are you alright Aquarius?" A soft voice gently said to me, a hand coming in to view. About to grab it, I realized that I was supposed to act like Aquarius. So instead I continued to lie on the floor, not moving.
"This floor is designed with such an abstract concept that it makes you question the meaning of all life and its mysterious wonders. It could be used as a method of comparison between the straight path one could go or the other intricate paths which are just as good." Trying to say that with a straight face and monotone voice, I barely muffled a laugh by biting the inside of my cheek.
Following it was complete silence, the person above me shocked and myself still trying to hold in a laugh.
"..Okay? Do you still need help?"
"Please." Reaching up and grabbing the hand, my body was still, however, limp on the floor. The hand was shaking while trying to pull me up. "Can you not handle my body weight?"
"No I can just please wait for a second!" Yet I was still on the floor. Again, I was made of metal and various other heavy materials, which wasn't very much light. It was reasonable why the poor girl couldn't carry me. "I'm sorry for being rude, but what did you eat last night?!"
Shrugging, I continued to lie on the floor, not helping the person in their valiant efforts. "I think I have something weighing me down, do wait for a moment." Thinking I was being helpful, I unattached my metallic arms. It fell to the floor with a loud thunk.. along with my body being dropped on the floor with a loud shriek.
"OH MY GODS YOUR ARMS JUST CAME OFF!"
"Please stop screaming you are hurting my ears."
"WE NEED TO GET ASCLEPIUS"
"We are completely fine, can you please help me get up?"
Finally actually getting a good look at the screaming girl, I could match the description to the Zodiac named Cancer. She was petite at most, her hair maroon, eyes a light shade of purple. The girl looked like she was about to start crying even though I was the one in trouble.
A loud voice resounded throughout the hallway, "CAN YOU GUYS SHUT UP I'M TRYING TO GET SOME SLEEP." Turning my head, a girl with ash gray hair came marching down the hallway. Quieting down once she saw the scene. "Oh."
"Can you help me get up?" Instead of a reply, I received more screaming.
It looked like my mission would be delayed for quite a bit.

Aquarius: I have made a program with no flaws.
Me: You fucked up a perfectly good machine is what you did, look at it. It has anxiety.
Anyway new chapter! Whoop dee doo, after like one month too? Sorry that's it's short, I wrote it quick to make up for my lack of updates. To make up for it, I'm working quickly on the next two chapters. Which are longer and better written. Quick warning, it's going to be a sob fest.
