Later that day......

The clock kept reminding me of the time as I got dressed. I had about 5 mins before I actually had to be ready but knowing myself, That wasn't happening. Tonight, I was going to a party but not just any party... it was, the Bros annual summer bash. Everyone was gonna be there. Especially the seniors in my school, so I HAD to be there.

As I looked down at my phone, all my friends were texting me asking me all types of questions. Where you at? What you wearing? What time you leaving? Like damn, Can a nigga get ready? I ignored all the texts until, "Jai" popped up. That was Jairus, so you know I wasn't gonna ignore that.

I picked up my phone and read his text.

"I know your slow ass still getting dressed."

"Shut up !" I sent him back.

"Anyways, you still coming right?" He asked.

"Of course, Im coming." I responded.

It was the PARTY of the year, I wasn't missing it for nothing.

"I guess, I'll see you there?" He asked again.

"I guess... you will." I confirmed.

So not only was this the party of the year , but Jairus was gonna be there too. Aww damn, I had too look GOOD.

I looked down at my outfit and started to have second thoughts. Yessss... Let me go change.

One last look in the mirror was all I need to make sure I appeared flawless.

I smacked some, Herione by Mac, on my lips and blotted to make sure the lipstick was evenly spreaded. Jairus, Would be here any minute to pick me up so I had to make sure I was perfect for him.

Of course, I was pissed off the other day when  Jairus friends ruined our date. But when Jairus decided to ask me to be his date to the party, I knew he meant well. So I accepted the invite and now, I had to look perfect on his arm when we walk in.

"BEEP, BEEP!" I heard coming from through the window.

Knowing that was Jairus, I grabbed my purse and started my way out of the door. Jairus rolled down the passenger side window and flashed me a smile as he saw me coming.

That smile gave me the confirmation, I needed. I looked GOOD, but I mean, I already knew that.

I got in the car and Jairus leaned in for a kiss. I was shocked that he initiated the kiss but I was also happy ass fuck. He was loosening up and everything was finally going as planned.

"You ready?" He asked breaking the kiss.

"Yup!" I responded.

I couldn't stop smiling, my night was already perfect. Now, All I needed was to shake my ass a little.

A whole hour had passed and I was finally ready. I grabbed my jacket and ran down my steps. After grabbing the keys to my parents car, I walked to the door. I reached for the door knob but the door swung open.

"And where you think you're going?" They asked.

I stepped back, not even realizing that this was actually real. This couldn't be real, they were back early. My parents were home.

My dad stepped in and asked the question again.

"Where are you going?"

"Oh. I was just about to go to a party?"
