The happening- a story of Miraculous Ladybug

The kiss

A scream echoed through the halls of the school everyone heard it even the two Paris heroes. Marinette turned to the door and whispered in a tired voice "Chloe." Because of his alter-ego, Adrien's ears had has been able to hear more than before he had become Chat Noir. So, when he heard Marinette whisper Chloe's name to herself he knew she was right.

After a few minutes, Adrien raised his hand and asked if he could use the restroom. The teacher said he could so he grabbed his stuff and ran out of the room. Now he felt kind of guilty for being the cause of his oldest friend becoming possessed by an Akuma. Even though he knew someone needed to say that to her he wished it didn't have to be him.

A few minutes later Marinette asked to use the restroom, was granted permission, grabbed her things, and got out as quickly as she could on crouches. She walks into the girls' bathroom and locked the door to which Tikki then flew out of her purse. Marinette looked at her kwami and said, "Come on Tikki we need to hurry." Tikki nodded at her holder. "Tikki, Transform me."

Her clothes faded into her red and black spotted, skin tight suit and a matching mask appeared around her big, blue eyes. Her yoyo appeared around her waist on her hip ready to be used to defeat the Akuma. But something was different since she had a cast on, Tikki had it to where she was still wearing the cast but it was now ladybug print. Same thing with the crouches she still had under her arms they were now ladybug print to make sure they weren't noticeable that they were her civilian self's.

She quickly walked as fast as she could to get to where the Akuma was attacking. When she got there she see the Akuma has dark red hair with black highlights going through out it. She is wearing a dress to her mid-thigh and it has a black outer layer and red layers underneath you can only see out the bottom. It was a one shoulder dress with a Brocken heart pendant around her neck.

"Hello, M'lady!" Chat said walking up behind Ladybug. Then he looked at the cast and crouches she had with her and asked "How bad?"

She turned to face him a shy smile he had never seen on his lady before but he kind of liked it. She then stopped staring right at him when she said: "Well the doctors said I broke it in two places, I mean it could be worse." When she said this Chat Noir took in a sharp breath with worry written all over his face. "It's ok kitty I will have the cast on for a month so it heals properly but with these miraculous powers it might be a week or two."

Chat was just standing there staring at her it was becoming kind of awkward until he moved so quickly she couldn't stop him. He grabbed her and held her in a strong hug then he let go and headed out of the building after the Akuma.

Ladybug went out of the building after Chat and right when the Akuma saw them a big grin grew across her face. "Chloe, don't do this!" Chat said trying to get the Akuma victim to stop.

"I am not Chloe I am better I am Heart Breaker! I'll make you hate yourself as much as I do!" The akum victim said as she was getting out a heart shaped arrow from the quiver on her back.

Ladybug and Chat Noir were a few feet away from each other when Heart Breaker pointed the arrow at Chat Noir. Ladybug saw he would not be a be able to dodge it this time so she dropped her crouches and jumped in front of Chat at the last second before the arrow hit him.

Ladybug hit the ground right by Chat Noir's feet so he kneeled down by her and said, "No, M'lady why did you do that? I am supposed to be protecting you."

When her eyes opened she squeaked at how close he was she stood up and tried to walk but winced at the pain in her leg. She fell back on the ground and used her arm and legs to push away from him more. "Don't look at me I am nothing just go away." She said while covering her eyes so she can't see him still staring at her.

Chat looked very confused at her words. He looked at Heart Breaker laughing and then looked at Ladybug cowering away. Then he saw it a dark blush upon her cheeks something was wrong. "Heart Breaker what have you done to her?" Chat Noir said growling at the Akuma victim.

Chat slowly walked over to Ladybug, who scooted up again to wall her knees were against her chest and her face was on her knees. "My lady are you ok?" Chat said getting closer to Ladybug.

"No, don't call me that I am nothing. I am pathetic and weak. I don't know what you ever saw in me." Ladybug said looking up from her knees not meeting Chat's eyes. "Without this mask I am clumsy and a nothing. I can't even get one sentence out to my crush. I am now the same without the mask as I am with the mask, I'm just a nothing."

Chat stopped and listened to his lady's words closely because she was talking about her other life but there is no time. "But M'lady you are amazing and strong and kind to others. You keep the city safe!"

Ladybug frowns and looks up into his eyes with tears about to break free and says "You may think that, you may love that, but that is not who I am." Chat wanted to wipe that frown of her beautifully torn face and wipe away the tears leaking from her usually bright eyes.

"No, my lady that is not what I fell in love with I fell in love with the girl behind the mask, not the suit. Even though it is paw-sitively purr-fect on you." Chat said getting closer to her and leaning against the wall next to her.

"Really Chat do you really mean that?" Ladybug said with self-doubt still noticeable in her voice. She looked into Chat's eyes again but quickly looked away not having the confidence that she usually does.

He pulled her in close to him one arm around her back on the hip furthest from him and the other on her chin pulling it toward him. "Of course I do would I ever lie to you Bugaboo!"

"Chat we can't do this here people could see us." Ladybug said trying to pull away but Chat was pulling her even closer now.

He stared into her beautiful blue eyes and said: "It's ok no one is around to see us." Then he pulled her lips to his and he let go of her chin and grabbed around her back with his other hand also. During the kiss, the black tint on her cheeks disappeared and her eyes flashed open but she didn't stop the kiss.

When she finally pulled away they were out of breath and she had some how gotten in his lap. "What was the? No, never mind we don't have time to discuss we have an Akuma to defeat." Ladybug got off of him and he helped her get on her feet and over to her crouches. "Ok, were is the Akuma at what is she always wearing?" Ladybug looked closely at the victim and saw something in her hair. "Of course her glasses on her head. Ready kitty, ok let's play."

They defeated the Akuma quickly, Ladybug then used her yoyo to cleanse the butterfly, and used her miraculous cure to fix all the damages the Akuma had caused. "Pound it!" They said in unison.

"So kitty, what was that we were doing when I woke up from the Akuma's attack." Ladybug said as she walked over to him on her crutches and flicked the bell around his neck. "You know I woke up in the middle of the kiss, right?" She said with the famous Ladybug smirk on her face.

Chat blushed a little at how she said it but luckily his mask hid it from her seeing it. "Ah, and you didn't stop it from happening did you." He said flirtatiously which made her giggle. "It was a fur-tactic kiss I may say."

Chat grabbed her arm and pulled her to him which made her drop her crouches. "Not now Ally Cat we need to get away from here, everyone is going to come out very soon. Follow me." Ladybug said as she picked up her crouches in one hand and held her yoyo in the other.

She used her yoyo to get up to a roof a few blocks from the school building. "Thanks, kitty!" Ladybug said when she sat on the edge of the roof and let her legs dangle off the side.

Chat came and when he sat next to her he asked: "For what M'lady?" Ladybug then leaned into him and he put his arm around her shoulders to hold her close.

She looked up into his green eyes and whispered: "For always being there for me." She then kissed his lips softly and stood up on her crutches and started to walk to the other side of the roof. "See you later Alley cat!" Then she used her yoyo to jump off the roof and she was gone till the next time.
