It's my fault (Bad boy Maslow part 6)

When I woke up, I only could think about James. I was so excited for that date. The whole day I watched TV when it was 6PM I took a shower and put on my clothes. It was almost 8PM when someone knocked on the door. It was James. I let him in. I quickly took my phone and said bye to Dustin.

 D: Don’t run away this time.

A: Don’t worry, I come back.

 We went to a beautiful restaurant.  The date went pretty good. After we finished and James paid for it we went to the car. James opened the back of his car when a cop passed. The cop stopped and was looking in his car.

 Cop: Excuse me sir but what’s in that bag?

J: I don’t know? I don’t remember me that bag.

Cop: Can I look in it?

J: of course.

 The cop was looking in the bag when I went to James.

 A: James, what’s going on?

J: He wants to see what’s in that bag.

A: James?

J: Yeah?

A: That’s the bag with the…

J: with what?

Cop: with the 15 phones from the phone shop! I’m sorry sir but you have to come with me.

J: Can I just talk with my lady, 2minutes?

Cop: yes, you can.

 J: Ari, you put those phones in my car?

 A: I’m … sorry.

J: I’m gonna end in jail, Dustin was right.

A: about what.

J: You put all the blame on me now, it is your fault.

A: James, I…

Cop: Time is up, you come with me sir.

 The cop took James to his car but before they went in the car I stopped them.

 A: You’ve got the wrong person.

Cop: he got the phones in his car.

A: It wasn’t him, it was me.

J: no, no Ari. I was me.

A: you only want to protect me but I did it.

J: Ari, you don’t have to say that. I was it.

A: JAMES STOP IT, it was me. You have to take me.

Cop: okay, let’s go lady.

A: James, can you call Dustin for me.

J: sure… and Ari?

A: yeah?

J: I love you.

A: I love you too.

JAMES’S POV

 The cop took Ari with him and I went to Dustin to tell him everything.

 D: What’s happened James, you’re almost crying. And where is Ari?

J: they found out that we’ve got the phones from the phone shop and Ari took the blame on her.

D: wait… She did what?

J: For the first time she told it that it was her fault.

D: She never did that before, but what’s gonna happened with her now?

J: When I was on my way to tell you she text me that she has to be in jail for 6 months.

D: 6 months for only that?

J: She told everything what she did with her ex- boyfriends and told them that she did it.

D: that’s so… how can I life without her for 6 months?

J: It’s gonna be hard for both of us.

 Yeah right, it’s gonna be SO hard but there is nothing we can do anymore. We have to wait and see what happened.
