The sun comes up
And I wake to
The sound of birds chirping
And the smell of bacon to
Today is the day
The day I say the words
The words that mean so much to me and you
A four letter word
With two syllables to
I can't wait to say them
To say them to you
As I close my eyes thinking about you and I
Thinking how we're going to be together
Till the day we die
A knock on my door
Draws me near
I open up the door
And you appeared
Got down on one knee
And said the words
Will you marry me
I jumped in your arms
With tears running down my face
As I replied with a yes and a I love you
