•Ethan's Pov• I got up from Adrianna's bed and walked to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror, and I didn't recognize myself. I needed Serene. When I lashed out at Serene she was always there.
I am horrible. I thought I would lose her in LA. But I lost her before she even left. I miss her so much. I don't care about my girlfriend. She was just supposed to get my mind off of her. For 3 years not one day has passed where something reminds me of her, and I just break down.
I wish she would come back...
•Serene's Pov• I finished packing, and my flight was in 3 hours, so I had to get ready to leave. I put my hair up, applied a little bit of makeup, and got dressed.

I walked out the door to my white Range Rover. I sat in the driver's seat and got ready to leave for the airport.
30 minutes later, I got to LAX, and went to check in. I checked in, and walked through secuirity. Almost everything in the world can remind me of Ethan. Even secuirity reminded me of the time we were going to Bora Bora, and they threw away his hair gel, and he cried.
A tear slid down my cheek, but I quickly wiped it away, and got through the secuirity line. I walked to Starbucks and it reminded me of the first time me and Ethan kissed. There is nothing I can do to get this boy out of my mind.
I sat at my gate and waited to board. About 15 minutes later, first class was called, and I boarded the plane. I sat back in my seat and cried a bit. I have no idea how I am going to get through this trip...
4 hours later We finally landed, and as I got off the plane, I saw home. I was so focused on how much I missed Ethan, and not focused on how much I miss New Jersey itself.
My best friend Raya is picking me up from the airport. She is the only friend I gave my new number to. I got my bag and walked out and saw Raya flailing her arms in the crowd. I laughed to myself and walked towards her and gave her a big hug.
"RAYA!" I yelled!
"SERENE!" She yelled back.
"OMG how are you?" I said to her while we walked towards her car.
"Any new boyfriends?" I asked.
"Umm yeah...Grayson." She said.
My smiling kinda dropped.
"That is so great, I knew you guys would get together eventually." I replied giving a weak smile.
We got into her car, and drove off. The whole car ride was filled with small talk, gossip, and music. She didn't mention Ethan at all.
We got to my house and I opened the car door.
"Bye Raya! I'll see you tonight at the party!" I yelled.
She drove off. Maybe she didn't hear me.
I opened the front door, and walked into my house. I missed everything about it so much. I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom...and Mrs.Dolan.
"Hi mom!" I said hugging her.
"Honey! You're back so soon!" She said hugging me back.
"Yeah there was no traffic." I explained.
"Hi Mrs. Dolan." I said bluntly giving a weak smile.
"Hi honey, how have you been?" She replied.
"Good, good." I said.
"I'll tell Ethan and Grayson that you're here." She said standing up.
"Oh no! It's ok, I kinda just wanted to slip in and out of New Jersey, no need." I explained to her.
"Oh, well Ethan really misses you." She said.
"I'm sure he does, but I think Adrianna is keeping him busy." I smirked.
"Serene! That's rude apologize!" My mom yelled.
"No need, I understand." Mrs Dolan said sitting back down.
I walked up to my room and ran into my brother.
"Hey stranger." He said with a huge smile on his face.
"JACKSON!" I screamed jumping into his arms. "How is my favorite 21 year old?"
"Good, how's my favorite Victoria's Secret model?" Jackson asked.
"Pretty good given the circumstances." I replied.
I walked into my room, and sat on my bed. I saw all the framed pictures I had of me and Ethan. I put one of his hoodies on, and cried myself to sleep.
•Ethan's Pov• I saw Serene's bedroom light turn on from across the street. Wait...she's not back, is she?
