Chapter Ten: Sakura Love (Valentine's Day)

Haruka's P.O.V

"Ok, so as you all may know, Valentine's Day is in 2 days. So, I will go to your desks and you'll be picking a piece of paper. DO NOT peek and see the name of your fellow comrades until you have taken the piece of paper out of the bag. Remember, if we want this to be surprising and fun, do not tell your friends about your secret friend." Sensei said, showing us a bag with pieces of papers.

Sensei began going to desks.

"*Thinking* I hope I pick Yuu-chan by chance." I thought, nervously.

Sensei was holding the bag, waiting for me to pick a piece of paper.

I pulled one out.

I looked at the paper.

"*Thinking* Yes! Lucky! I got Yuu-chan!" I thought, happily.

Later after class...

Shizuku was putting stuff in her locker, when suddenly, Haruka appeared.

"Hi Shizuku." I said.

"Hi Haruka." Shizuku said.

"Hey Shizuku. Do you know what Yuu-chan likes?" I said.

"Aren't you supposed to know that?" Shizuku said.

"Well, she likes green tea..." I said.

"You're gonna give Yuu some green tea? In Valentine's Day?" Shizuku said.

"Yeah." I said.

"Well, it's not chocolate..." Shizuku said.

"Does it have to be chocolate? I thought Valentine's Day was about giving a lovely present, presents, to a special person." I said.

"You make a good point..." Shizuku said.

"In fact, always receiving chocolate in Valentine's Day gets kinda old." I said.

"Well, I guess you're right." Shizuku said, smiling.

The next day...

Yuu's P.O.V

"*Thinking* I got Haruka by luck but I don't know what she likes. Maybe I should get her candy hearts!" I thought.

My eyes widen.

"*Thinking* But maybe that's not enough. I should get her another present." I thought.

I went to a store and buyed a big plushie that said "Kiss Me".

"Haruka should like this." I said.

The next day...

Haruka's P.O.V

"Today's Valentine's Day! I'm so nervous!" I said.

"*Thinking* I hope Haruka likes this plush." Yuu thought.

"Ok, let's start our exchange activity." Sensei said.

Many students got their presents, and finally, it was Yuu's turn.

"Yuu. Would you stand up and talk about your secret friend's personality?" Sensei said.

"Ok." Yuu said, standing up.

Yuu stood in front of everyone.

"*Thinking* What's with the big plushie?" I thought.

"Well, this person is very special to me and I love that person so much, and we've spent so much time together and she is an amazing, incredible person." Yuu said.

I put my hands in my mouth, knowing that Yuu said all of those incredible things about me.

"It's you, Haruka!" Yuu said.

Everyone clapped.

I stood in front of Yuu.

"*Thinking* The plushie says Kiss Me?! I can't kiss her here..." I thought, shocked.

I hugged Yuu instead and claimed my presents.

"And candy hearts? Aaaw, thanks!" I said.

"You're welcome!" Yuu said.

"And here's my present to you!" I said.

I gave Yuu-chan, the green tea.

"Thanks!" Yuu said.

Later...

"Hey Yuu-chan?" I said.

"Hmm?" Yuu said.

I kissed Yuu.

"What was that for?" Yuu said.

"Isn't that what the plushie said I should do?" I said, raising an eyebrow while smiling, and showing her the plushie.

Yuu smiled.
