"Never gonna give it back! Never gonna let you win!
Ha-ha! Ha-ha-"

"Would you two shut up already!?"

"NEVAAAA!!!"

"Give it back, Jaime!"

"Guys, seriously?"

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what I woke up to this morning. I think I'm already getting used to it.

After the events that took place last night.................
I went straight to bed and didn't say a word to anyone. I felt guilty, and gross. I didn't realize how clean I was feeling before, until I did it once again last night. It brought back all the memories and pain. I feel unclean now. Messy. Messed up. Untrustworthy and I am.
I can't believe I'm now having to hide things from the Vic Fuentes whom I looked up to all these years. I'm just another waist of his time, but he doesn't even know that yet.
I wasn't feeling too amazing this morning either, so I got ready for the day quickly and quietly so no one would bother me.

"Good morning, Mel," Mike said nicely then Tony ran in, attempting to take something from Jaime he apparently stole. "Hey! Watch it, will you!?" Mike yelled, his expression changing from peaceful to anger in a matter of seconds.
"But he won't give!" Tony yelled exasperated, looking like a little kid.
Mike turned to Jaime with a death glare. "Give him Rafael," he demanded, and I looked to see Jaime holding a Rafael Ninja Turtle plush above his head in an attempt to keep it away from Tony. I let out a small, short giggle at their behavior and Mike looked to me, shock clear on his face. Oh, wait. I actually let out some form of laughter that wasn't fake or forced. Wow. Maybe they do have an effect on me...

"Vic!" Mike started to yell. "Victor Fuentes, your girlfriend giggled!"

I couldn't help but to giggle again. Even though it wasn't that loud or even considered much of a giggle, it was a major step-up, because I actually meant it.

"D-did you hear that!? She did it again! Victor!" Mike continued to yell as he ran through the bus, opening and closing doors on the search for Vic.

"Victor Vincent Fuentes, you are missing something special and I swear you're hiding from me on purpose because-"

"Dude, I'm right here," Vic's voice said from behind me with laughter lacing his tone.
"What's going on exactly?"

"I said," Mike started, slightly catching his breath from all the current running he did. "Your girlfriend......just giggled."

I rolled my eyes at the fact that he was making a big deal out if nothing.

"Twice."

I could practically feel Vic smiling from behind me. And eventually I did feel how happy he was because he surprisingly picked me up, causing me to squeak out of shock, but I managed a smile.

"You really giggled? You were actually enjoying yourself and being happy?" He asked, truly excited because ever since he's met me, I've never actually laughed or giggled. He knows that. I kind of thought it was cute how he cared for and celebrated the smallest details of happiness. He's so different from me, and I wish I could be like him. I always have.

I nodded, looking up at him as he held me bridal style with a huge, proud grin on his face.

"I knew we'd start to grow on you!" He shouted happily, spinning us around in a circle and I held onto him tightly, laughing a little more as he stopped.

"Your laugh is so adorable," he whispered, bringing his forehead to rest on mine as he continued to hold my small frame. "Thank you," I whispered, not really knowing what else to say.
