Chapter Sixteen

When I got to the basement my father suddenly rushed to my side:

'Son....please allow me to apologize.... if we had knowledge of your partner your mother would never hurt her so...."

I suddenly turned to my mom: "you did this?!".... I asked surprisingly and she slowly confirmed with a nod.

I sighed and sat...'what happened?"... I asked.

Elizabeth: 'your father and I had just finish eating and were now.....now....."......she started shifting uncomfortably in her chair and dad looked embarrassed as he cleared his throat.....she desperately tried to continue....."well we were -----

"Please!".... shouted Jauree...."please don't say it"..... and we all look at them disgustingly.

Shaemus: "we all have our needs right".... father spoke and commotion broke.

"Ewwww".....squealed Jauree.

"I think I want to barf"..... groaned Million but I wasn't in the mood. I just wanted to get to Alianna so I sat there un - phased.

"Well now that we have established that".....spoke Elizabeth "please allow me to proceed..... your father suddenly started acting.....weird.....I ask what was wrong but he just got up and started walking away.

Shaemus: "I had heard beautiful singing.... i--"...... I guess he was embarrass for he looked away shyly.....'I couldn't stop myself.... I followed the voice and found her".

Elizabeth: "I was just in time to see him on his knees before her while she caressed his face while holding a huge stake....to stab him with it....I had to stop her....so I did".

Everyone was silent.... if mother hadn't intervene father would be dead.....my innocent Alianna.....innocent or a wolf in sheep clothing?

Shaemus: 'we need to find out what she knows.....maybe she can help...and maybe....for your sake.....we can save her"....father spoke.

Maximus: "what if that's just who she is"?.... I asked silently praying I was wrong.

Elizabeth: 'then we may have to......"

She didn't need to say it, if Alianna was indeed an enemy I will have no choice but to kill her for the sake of us all.

Jauree: "so her power is ......singing"?..... asked jauree.

Shaemus nod..... "she's a siren"

Million: "how do we beat a siren"?..... ask Million

I answered: "we kill her"..... they looked at me pitifully..... I really hate pity but I pitied myself too in this case, I finally found my one true love and I might have to kill her.

Shaemus: "for now we will all be positive..... we gagged her so she couldn't sing......let's wait for her to get weak before we attempt talking to her".

Million: "who will it be.... who will talk to her"?.... ask Million.

Both my parents eyes turned to me.

Shaemus: "will you be able to son"?

I thought to myself..... I know I should say no, I am weak when it comes to her but I also know if she truly is my soul partner then I will be the only person to get through to her........ I slow nod in agreement.

Shaemus: "good"...... 'now the rest of us will go by the house and see what we can find out about the others".

ELIZABETH: "Million should stay with Max..... in case he needs....him"..... mom spoke. She was looking at me worriedly...I knew why she said this....a vampire is always weak to his queen..Million would be there for my protection, I sighed and agreed.

Million: "by the way dad....who is Pilot"?

We all stared at him as his eyes narrowed....

"My evil brother"..... he answered and we were stunned.

Jauree: " well..... I guess an unpleasant family reunion is near"... Jauree spoke.

Shaemus: "why is that....how do you know of my brother "?..... he asked.

Million: 'because we met him ...... he is the vampire that's causing all of this"
