Chapter Fourteen

Maximus pov

We had gathered in my room, Shaemus and Elizabeth had gone hunting so it was just us boys and there was a lot to be said.

Million: "obviously I am in the dark here so you two start".... said Million.

Jauree and I looked at each other but no one spoke first, I guess we were waiting to see which of us would cave, seeing he wasn't going to I sighed and start:

"I saw her".... I began.

They knew instantly to whom I speak and were now alert after my statement.

'In a trance'.... Million asked.

And I shook my head saying no.

'What"!..... 'that's great news"!!!!.... said Jauree excitingly but when he saw my facial expression he was now confuse....."isn't it"?

'Wait a minute......don't tell me that the girl in ur trance is the girl that was kissing ----began Million but I finish it with a nod.

They were stunned.

"What the fuck?"..... spoke Jauree ......we all sat there confusingly.... deep in thoughts as we mulled over the situation.

"So she haunted you for over eighty years.......... for nothing....... "you loose.....that's it"?..... Million asked obviously hurting for me.

If he was hurt imagine me.... I buried my face in my palms as I remember how we kissed and then her all over Rouge, closing my eyes tight in an attempt to extinguished the memories.

"But....how can that be"?.... began Jauree..... "you're a seer....you see things from the past or future...... it can't be just coincidence.... I mean it's been almost a hundred fucking years"!

'Maybe it wasn't real"... i began.....'maybe she's the witch".

Million shook her head and said "not for over eighty years....witches don't live for that long".... he concluded.

"Not if she access the most vulnerable part of my memory and used it as a distraction for me.....I was with her..... at the party.... we kissed"..... I spoke embarrassingly.

They looked at me pitifully.... I hate that.

Jauree: "no wonder you we're acting weird".....he said sadly.

Maximus: "please guys ..... you know I hate being pitied".

Million: "we're a strong species but even we're allowed to be hurt at times you know Max".... he spoke and I sighed..... "you've been dreaming about this girl for years and it turns out to be a possible fluke.... you're allowed to be angry and hurt".

Jauree: 'and for what its worth big brother........ I hope you're wrong and there is a logical explanation to all this shit".... said Jauree.

Then the stood and approached me cautiously...... I eyed them suspiciously.

'What"?.... I asked.

'Um....." ......began Jauree........'we're gonna hug you now'

"What"!..... I shouted.

We have never hugged before.....ever.

'Dude...stay away from me'.... I warned them but before I could get away they group hug me.

We were still in embrace when Million spoke: 'well.....this feels weird".

Suddenly I felt something..... 'is that someone sword touching me"?..... I asked appalled.

Jauree: "sorry"..... jauree said and we all pulled away shrieking like a bunch of posh girls and started laughing.

They were now leaving my room when I said:

'Hold it!.....Jauree....... you're turn"..

Jauree: "God damn!"..... he moaned and Million and I laughed.

They came back in the room and waited for him to start as we sat on my bed.

Jauree: " well big brother you're not the only one who possibly met his soul partner at the party..... I did too...... her name is Rose.... I met her there and we sort of hit it off.....it was just so easy and.....and.....familiar..... I met her as I was trying to snoop around.... at first glance I was trapped....she had me even before we spoke.....but for some reason she seemed afraid of me and she ran after we first laid eyes on each other.....I chased her and ask for her name and why she ran when I cornered her in a room but she only said her name and nothing more........ the pull was too strong.... she kissed me and I kissed her back.....and we were making out for a while before she whispered something upon my lips and was gone in flash....right before my eyes!.....I didn't mention it because I assumed I was intoxicated and had imagine it all....until I saw her with them"... he spoke.

Million: "I guess we now know why she ran.....man both of you have girls on the wrong side!... I hope my soul partner is a good whole some girl....not like y'all".... spoke Million

'I fucking doubt it".....Jauree spoke and they were goofing off and laughing but I was lost in thoughts.

Maximus: 'wait!..... did you say she whispered something then disappeared?..... I asked Jauree.

Jauree: "yep"

Million and I stared at each other.

Jauree: 'what'?.... ask Jauree.

Million: "dude.....your girl.......she's the witch"....Million answered and his mouth fell open.

Just then Elizabeth burst in our room with a frightened expression on her face.

'We were attacked while hunting'.... she spoke and in a flash we all were by her side.

Million: "where's father"?.... Million asked worriedly.

Elzabeth: "in the dungeon.....with our attacker"....she answered.

We all flashed to our dungeon area and found Shaemus by the door.... someone was wailing and growling loudly on the inside.
I took a step to look through the small opening.......the door's small window but was stopped by father.

'Be careful'..... he warned and then motion for me to proceed.

But when I looked and saw who it was I immediately jumped back smashing myself against the wall as my family stared at me shockingly..... i looked at them and breathed: Alianna
