Chapter Twenty - One

The only word I can think of to describe the few weeks after was Torture, Million had indeed turn Shy into a vampire and lets just say that alone was a task by itself... it wasn't easy forcing her to crave animal blood instead of human's, that was one thing the Twilight Saga was right about when it comes to being a vampire, animal blood was satisfying but its wasn't as tasty as feeding on humans....

Over night she became a savage and she was always in heat, which was good news for Million.

It also was a task when it comes to the dead girl, she was fourteen years old as we had predicted and she also attended Wilton High, with all the controversy surrounding the school and its unexplainable incidents, everyone was in an uproar, people were scared and I couldn't blame them.

It would only be a matter of time before the council steps in and that is NEVER good news. We've also been training too, we've never had reason to battle since we've turn, we were a humble coven but a man like Pilot would not be able to reason with and as far as Father had told me.... he only knows one way to solve an issue....WAR.

As for Jauree he was always restless, he was in need of his soul partner and I have to admit I know exactly how he feels, I missed her and I needed her back but I had to remain strong. We've been tracking the other vampires, there were reports of men being lured away from home and returning with lost memories, committing all sorts of crimes in the process.

They were using her gift for evil and it hurt me to know Alianna was apart of this... and they were so messy with their crime, it's like they wanted the council to intervene.... I am actually surprise they haven't done that so far.

I was in my room listening the news report when mother walked in:

Elizabeth: "are you ok son"?.... she asked as she sat on my bed.

I shook my head and answered "no".

She sighed: "I know it's not easy but don't worry... we'll get em soon".... she said reassuringly.

She was about to leave when I asked:

"whats the deal between them mom..... Father and his Brother"?

She turned to me with sadness in her eyes and answered:

"me".

I was stunned to hear her answer but I also should have known, my years of experience always taught me that majority of the time when a man turns on his friends or family ... a woman was usually the caused. I met Alianna in less than a month, so did Jauree when it came to Rose yet we almost killed each other over them....

I sighed and shook my head and she smile and said:

"what can I say..... I'm one in a million".... and that made me chuckled.

Then she continue:

"I was dating Pilot first, but honestly there was nothing really between us, we never kissed or gotten intimate but when I met Shaemus I literally felt the world shift, we couldn't stop ourselves as you can see by example with yourself and Alianna ......... we ended up falling in love, despite the fact that Pilot never truly wanted me he didn't want anyone else to have me either and he was angry, he never forgave Shaemus and it never gotten better between them, he made our lives a living hell but then one day he up and left, we thought we were finally free of him until now".

Maximus: " do you think he wants you back"?... I asked.

Elizabeth: "maybe .... and maybe not"

To think that so many lives were lost and so many crimes were committed over one man bruise ego infuriated me, what the fuck happened to let go and moving on!?! ..... I was getting angry again when she suddenly came over and rested her hand on my shoulders gently.

"We will get her back son".... she spoke.

'You damn right we will.... and when we do he's good as dead".
