I woke up a few days ago and began wondering to myself what a life with Eth would be like. Our kids and pets and jobs, it was hard to see but I admit, I hope it happens, I have never been one for true love at first sight. When you think about true love a lot of people think of Cinderella. And that reminds me of Disney World. and let me tell you, that is the cheesiest place, ever. I pushed the thought to the back of my head and stood up to stretch. I picked my phone up and a text popped up from Ethan.
Babe: Good morning beautiful
Me: Good morning hot stuff.
Babe: How's life?
Me: Better than it's been, I guess... you?
Babe: That's good and it's good.
Me: That's good to hear.
Me: are we still being awkward?
Babe: Yes
Me: Oh well um idk what to say. we need to stop being so awkward
Babe: We are never gonna not be awkward
Ethan's P.O.V
I threw my phone on my bed and debated whether or not I should do what I was about to do. I threw my tennis ball at my door in frustration. I picked up the small box that I had put on my nightstand the day before. I began to process what a life with Brie would be like. All of our little kids running around and a dog or two maybe. She would sing while doing a chore or do the simple things that make me love her even more. I put the box back down and walked into the bathroom, going to get ready for my work out session with Gray.
Brie's P.O.V
I had several snapchat notifications that morning. Between Ethan Colton and Kayla, I had over 100,000 snapchats in a day. I was looking at my story when I noticed that Ethan had posted a picture on his story. I looked at it and gasped. Damn. I lost control of my breathing and fell on the floor.

Dang. I snapped Ethan back and asked if he wanted to go shopping with me later. I tossed my phone on my bean bag and then began taking of my pajamas. I put on my white long sleeved crop top and then put on my overalls. I put on heels and put my hair up in a messy bun. I walked over to my vanity and began to do my makeup when my phone began to ring. I finished putting my eyeliner on and then ran over to my bean bag and picked up my phone. I didn't catch who the caller was so when Ethan's voice responded to my "hello?" I was happy.
"Hey Beautiful" He said. I could feel myself blush and I could tell he was grinning like a goof on the other side of the phone.
"Why hello Handsome. What can I help you with?" I put my phone on speaker and walked back to my vanity where I continued to do my makeup.
"Well I just wanted to know how my babe was doing" He said. My stomach fluttered and I quickly finished my makeup. I sat down on the floor and pulled nail polish of my bed. I clicked the face time button and Ethan answered on the first ring. He was in the shower. I felt myself blush uncontrollably. I looked down and started to do my nails. "This is why I didn't face time you in the first place." He said, running his hand through his dark messy hair.
"It's not like I've never seen you naked" I giggled at my own comment and continued focusing on my nails. He chuckled and his warm smile made my heart skip a few beats. "I-I love you" I mumbled. He shook his head and smiled at the floor. I heard the water stop and then he put his phone down. I heard him getting dressed and about 2 minutes later he picked his phone back up and smiled at me.
"I love you too babe" He said, with that stupid silly grin of his. I blushed and grabbed my phone off the speaker and hopped onto my beanbag. "what are you up to today?" he said, with a new look on his face.
"Well I was going to go shopping but there's a Star Wars marathon on today so I think I'm just gonna stay home, you can come over if you want to" I said blushing at my secret obsession.
"I'd love to come over. You know I love spending time with you baby...and I need to talk to you about something important" I felt my heart race speed up. Talk to me about something important? My smile altered and I made a grimacing face. "What's the matter babe? Are you okay?"
