Chapter 15 - Road Trip

Jenni's Point of View
Today was my last day in LA.I was pretty sad that I would be leaving Grayson and Ethan but I would still meet with them for their birthday.
I had to pack, but Andrea was still sleeping. I decided to forgive her about what she said because I couldn't stay mad at her for long.
I didn't want to wake her because she hates being waked up. I figured that she could just get a bus to go home because she still had lots of money.
So I left her a note.
"Sorry I left, but I didn't wanna wake you. I packed and I also packed for you cause I know your lazy. Anyway see you tommorrow"
I finished writing it and left it on top of the desk. I got my bags and went out the door.
"Wait how am I going to get back to Oakland?" I thought.
I didn't have a plan so I just decided to go to the Twins house to see if they could give me a ride.
I walked to their house and knocked on the door. Through the door I heard someone coming down the stairs. Someone opened the door.
It was Grayson.He was shirtless and he looked pretty hot.
"Oh hey Jenni. Sorry I just woke up." Grayson said.
Since he just woke up, he had a sort of morning voice. And it was so sexy. I couldn't take my eyes off of his shirtless body. His abs were just perfect.
I was distracted when Grayson told me to come inside.
"Wait are you moving in or something? Why do you have bags ?" Grayson asked.
"Oh no, I actually have to leave back for Oakland today."
"Wow, I actually really want you stay here forever," Grayson said and looked me straight in the eyes. In that moment, I realized how cute his eyes were. His dark brown eyes just looked so relaxing.
"Well you know, if you want I can take you." Grayson offered.
"I mean if you want to that would be really nice of you."
"Yeah it's not a problem. Let me just get a shirt on." Gray said and started walking up the stairs.
He came back down and had on a black r shirt. I don't know why but the black shirt just looked so good on him, and I could see his and right through the shirt.
"Wait, I want to say good bye to Ethan," I said.
"Oh well I'm sorry Jenny, but Ethan went to go hang out with our friend Nate this morning,"Grayson said.
"Wait then why didn't you go?" I asked.
"I was still sleeping," Grayson answered laughing.
We went outside and Grayson helped me put all of my things in the back of the car. We got inside and I instantly plugged in my aux cord.

Grayson's Point of View
I was so happy that I was driving Jenni back to Oakland. I thought I saw her checking me out when I didn't have a shirt on. As weird as it was, I actually kind of liked her checking me out.
Also, that means that I would get to spend two while hours with Jenni all to myself. I know me and Ethan agreed to let her choose who she likes, but I wanted her to like me so bad, I just didn't want to make it obvious.
We were just arriving at the freeway when Jenni started blasting 5 seconds of summer music in my car.
"WE'LL SAFTEY PIN THE PIECES OF OUR BROKEN HEARTS BACK TOGETHER!" Jenni sang at the top of her lungs scaring me a bit.
"Woah, five seconds of summer fan much."
"Um of course who doesn't like 5 seconds of summer. They're so amazing and hot like I'm going to marry them all." Jenni said.
"Aww cmon you should totally marry me instead," I said trying my best to flirt.
"I wish I could. I mean I wouldn't mind having a hot husband," Jenni responded with a slight smirk.
"You think I'm hot huh? Well your pretty hot yourself."
"What? Oh my god no," Jenni said and hid her face with her hands.
"Oh come on Jenni your just so perfect and beautiful it's not even real." I was so distracted by what we were talking about I hadn't even noticed that I had pulled over.
Right then I slow song came on and I couldn't help myself. All I wanted to do was kiss Jenni and never stop.
"Grayson your so sweet. In these few days that I've known you, you've already been super nice and I feel like I can trust you with anything." Jenni said and started to grow a smile on your face.
"You know I really like your smile. I really feel like I can trust you too. Which is why I like you so much. I want to make you happy Evey day like I just did right now. And I don't even care what you think. I like you Jenni. Yes I just said it. Mrs Jenni I don't know your last name, I have a crush on you." That felt so good just to let it out. I no longer had to keep this secret from Jenni.
"Well Grayson I- I don't know what to say."
"Well you don't have to say anything," I smiled and leaned in.
She started to lean as well because she knew what I was doing. Her nice pink lips felt like they were connected to mine and they were never to be separated.
We were still making out when Ethan called me.
"Aren't you gonna get that?" Jenni asked as we were still making out.
"But I don't want to finish this yet," I said and smirked a bit. She pulled away and gave me my phone. I answered it knowing I had no other choice.
"Hey bro, where you at ?"
"Oh sorry forgot to tell you. I'm driving Jenni back to Oakland."
"Your alone with Jenni?!" Ethan asked and I could hear the anger in his voice.
"Yes dude chill I'm just driving her,"I said and winked to Jenni.
"Fine but you could have told me."
"I'll pay you back I swear, I just gotta go. Can't talk and drive. Bye Ethan."
I hung up the phone and Jenni instantly started to kiss me again.
We kissed for so long I honestly don't know how we made it to her house.
"Bye Grayson, I'm really going to miss you."
"Don't worry we can see each other in a month at my party. In the meantime we still have facetime and text."
"Oh Gray I'm gonna miss your silliness."
"I'm going to miss kissing those lips of yours." I said and smirked.
"You won't have to miss them for long. And by the way, my last name is Mare Cruz since you didn't know," Jenni responded and smiled.
I kissed Jenni one last time before she left.
"Also, I'm really starting to like you too," she said smiling and closed the car door. ~~~~~~~~~
