Chapter 19 - Truth

Jenni's Point of View
      I was so outraged at what Andrea had just told me. 
   'How dare she like Cameron!' I thought.  'She can't like my ex!' 
   I was starting to get really mad at Andrea for telling me she likes Cam. Then, I started thinking, 'Okay Jenni just calm down, she just has crush on him, its not like Cameron likes her back.'
    After realizing that, I just pretended to act nice and be happy for Andrea liking someone.
      "What? You like Cameron?" I asked.
   "Well, who wouldn't. I mean he's just so hot and he always seemed so sweet when you were with him."
   "Yeah, I kinda miss when he was my boyfriend."
   "Wait, you still like Cameron, if you do I'm so sorry, I know he's your ex and I shouldn't like him but-" I cut Andrea off while she was talking.
   "Andrea don't worry, I'm over Cameron."
  "Oh well anyway, I can't wait to see him tomorrow when we go to the Magcon show." Andrea said.
   "Wait that's tomorrow? I don't even have anything planned like what I'm going to wear." 
   "Don't worry the show doesn't start till tomorrow at 7 so we still have a couple of hours after school to get ready." 
      ~ The Next Day ~

Andrea's Point of View
        I couldn't wait to see Cameron tomorrow at the Magcon event. I never wanted to tell Jenni but ever since they were going out, I liked Cameron. I knew it was wrong because he was Jenni's ex, but I couldn't help it. Cameron was just so sweet, and I couldn't believe Jenni would ever cheat on Cameron. I was planning that today at the event I would meet Cameron at the meet and greet and then tell him that I like him. I really wanted him to be my boyfriend. I was so jealous whenever Jenni and him used to go on dates. I know that Jenni really liked him, and she might hate me for liking him, but I didn't care. I was going to make Cameron like me so that he could be my boyfriend. 
     At school, all I could think about was Cameron. I couldn't stop thinking about seeing Cameron today at the show, and me telling him that I liked him.
    I was so distracted by Cameron that I didn't even notice the school day end. After the day ended, I went over to Jenni's house to help her get ready for the show.
   "First an outfit," I told her. Since me and Jenni wore the same size in clothes, I just decided to pick something out of her closet.
   I was looking through the closet first for Jenni. "I want something casual, not at all fancy." Jenni said. For Jenni, I picked some normal white jeans and a tank top Nirvana shirt.
   "Thanks for helping me pick out an outfit Andrea, your always so helpful."
   "Speaking of outfits, here's your outfit," I said and handed her the tank top and jeans. As she tried her outfit on, I picked mine. I didn't want to go as casual as Jenni because I wanted to look nice for when I saw Cameron.
   "I love it!" said Jenni as she checked herself in the mirror.
  "Looks like its missing something, here try this," I said and tossed her a black and white checkered flannel.
  "Its perfect!" exclaimed Jenni.;
   She started to do her hair and I was still picking out my outfit. Since I didn't want to go casual, I picked out a nice black romper Jenni had.
   "This is perfect," I said as I looked at the romper.
  I tried it on and I loved it.  "What do you think?" I asked Jenni.
   "It's nice, but you do know it is just a show right?"
   "Yeah, but I just want to go dressed nice."
  I started to get more and more excited to see Cameron. With me dressed nice and him being single, there's no way he wouldn't like me back.
   I started to do my makeup. I wanted to do a full face of makeup, just to look extra nice. As I was finishing up my makeup, Jenni was having a hard time doing her hair.
    "I have no idea what to do with my hair," Jenni said.
   "Just do a high ponytail. You'll look really nice." I responded.
   She did her ponytail and started to look really nice. I started to get jealous of her looking so nice, I worried that Cameron would start to like her again. So when we got there, I would make Cameron get mad at Jenni, so he'd have to like me. My plan was full proof and we were almost ready to leave. 
   Me and Jenni put our shoes on and then walked downstairs. Jenni's mom started the car and we got in. The show still had two hours to start, but the doors opened in one hour, and the venue was thirty minutes away, so we wanted to go early.  Jenni's mom dropped us off and only a few other people were already there so we got in line.
