Now What?

Lauren's eyes widened and her smile spread across her face. "I can't believe you finally have a crush!"

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, yeah, whatever. What do I do, though?"

"About what?" Lauren asked.

I told her about the revenge, and how it would be awkward to tell Levi. Lauren pondered this for a moment.

"I think you should tell him. He seems to really like you. Who knows, maybe he'll end up being your boyfriend?"

"Don't push it, Lauren," I sneered. She giggled.

"When should I tell him?" I was full of questions.

Before Lauren could answer, I got a text. It was from Levi. My face turned red and I was almost scared to read it.

"What does it say?" Lauren asked curiously, knowing the text was from Levi.

I read it aloud, "Can you come on set tomorrow? I want to talk to you."

"Say yes," Lauren nudged me.

I typed in the word "sure". Then, I clicked send.

Lauren had gotten a text from her mom shaking she needed to come home for dinner, so she left soon after that conversation.

That night I laid awake, thinking about what Levi wanted to tell me, and how I would respond.
