The Nortix POV
I sense the four coming. Ah looks like my little fire is returning to me. Finally after 200 years she's coming back. I remember her death like it was yesterday.
. I was only nineteen she was sixteen. When I heard a guard panicking. I asked him what was wrong.
"The queen has been stricken ill." He said.
I rushed to get quarters where I saw her having a coughing fit.
"Hello Norman, I'm fine really just a wee cold" she said.
"Sarah I shall be by your side." I said
"No Norman you have duties for our kingdom go, The baby is in her cradle so she won't catch my wee cold."
I shouldn't of left but how could've I known. She died an hour later. I found out by getting a letter during a meeting I was holding that night. The witchdoctor said she was poisoned. I ran to check on my son Edmond. But the cradle was empty. He was stolen.
I knew then I could never trust anyone in the castle so I sent them all away. I let darkness consume me and Pitch turned me into the Nortix.
A creature who is made of pure black sand. I over powered him which scared him so he banished me here in my own abandoned castle. I rested in his lair for awhile just to mock his after spirit. I'm glad he's dead.
I was wandering through the woods of my palace when I spotted her. She was with the Viking boy and had caught some fish with just two arrows. She looked exactly like her and talked like her. She even said she had a past life! She just doesn't remember. So I took her memories to make room for the past ones. The ones with me.
I took Penelope so it would be easier to take over the dimensions. Now she's just a mindless power crazed zombie in my army.
Soon Sarah shall rule by my side and we will conquer all the dimensions.
And I won't let anyone get in my way.
Hiccup's POV
As usual I was used for bait. I didn't mind I planned it that way. I was going to fight the Nortix with Jack as Rapunzel and Dragon Merida searched for the memory.
We went in. It was quiet. The walls were dirty. The whole palace was dark and depressing.
"I think this guy needs a cleaning lady. Badly." Jack whispered.
"Keep your wits about you he can strike at any moment." I said.
"Hello boys, I see you two are trying to be brave warriors trying to conquer me as the girls look for my little treasure." The Nortix voice said.
"But let me just ask you this, why would I go after you two when I could get back the one person I want." He whispered.
How stupid was I thinking he would go after us and not Merida.
"Jack get the girls he's going to go for Merida!" I yelled.
"Oh but I already did."
The Nortix appears with Merida turned back into human form and Rapunzel.
"Here you can have your little blonde friend back." He gives Rapunzel her control back and throws her towards us.
"Let Merida go Nortix." I said almost begging.
"She's not Merida. Her name is Queen Sarah of Vescose my long lost wife."
"What that's insane!" Jack shouted.
"Nortix I know your wife died but you have to move on. She would've wanted that, Merida means everything to me just like Jack with Rapunzel and you with your wife. Someone who looks like your wife is not going to bring her back." I pleaded
"It'll be the closest thing I'll have to having her back which is enough for me." He said.
He touched her head and a shock of black was in the air. After it ceased the Nortix became a regular looking human being with a crown on his head. He had light brown hair but his eyes were still filled with darkness. He looked about our physical age.
Merida awoken. She looked the same but she had a black dress on with a little silver crown on her head. She looked at us cluelessly. She then turned towards the Nortix.
"Norman?" She asked.
"Yes my little fire. It's me." He said
She leaped into his arms as my heart shattered into pieces.
Rapunzel's POV
Merida had been erased completely she was now Sarah who was in love with The Nortix king,
"What happened?" She asked.
"You went away for a little while that's all." The Nortix said.
"What happened to our home!" She exclaimed
"Maids left we'll fix it up now that you're back."
"Where's Edmond?" She asked.
"He's right here." The Nortix said
A little boy came out from a door way he had light brown hair and glowing blue eyes. He ran over to Merida who picked him right up.
"He's so big. He was just a little baby when I last saw him, How long was I gone Norman?" She questioned.
"Let's discuss that later." He replied.
"I'm being terribly rude aren't I? she said turning to us "who are you ?"
"Merida we're your friends! Come on you got to snap out of it." Jack said.
"I'm sorry but you have me confused with someone else. I'm Queen Sarah."
"No you're not. You're Merida Dunbroch guardian of summer center of control and courage, my best friend. He put you under a spell to make you forget us." I said
. I looked over at Hiccup who was hanging his head with heartache and sadness.
"You're crazy, he's my husband. And although you look familiar I'm sure we've never met maybe conversed at a ball or something but I'm sorry I don't even recall your name. What's wrong with you sir." She looked over at Hiccup.
He looked up with sad eyes.
"Lass you look as if someone died."
"Someone did." He replied
"Who?"
"Me, because my beautiful funny stubborn caring girlfriend was taken from me. The girl who I'm still too nervous to hold hands with and now I'll never get to hold them again." He said sullenly
"I'm sorry for your loss lad." She said sincerely.
"Maybe you'll move on boy, maybe she wasn't yours to begin with."
The Nortix said.
"You took her from me you evil bastard!" He yelled.
"Take Edmond with you Sarah I'll escort this poor deranged man and his friends out." The Nortix commanded.
She began to walk away as Hiccup called after her using Merida's name.
She turned around for a moment and looked with a puzzled look. But turned away anyway and walked out of the room with the little boy. As the Nortix blew dust in our faces that transported us to the workshop.
Authors note : I know sad chapter. Poor hiccup. So did Merida remembet Hiccup for only an instant? What will the other three do next? Will Merida get her memories back or will she be Sarah forever? Hmmmm remember to comment vote and share!!!
