Chapter 42: Milan Fashion Week

(Miranda's POV)

'Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! It's happening! Riley and I are officially going to the legendary Milan Fashion Week! This is the most educational moment of my life as a model. Let's cherish it!'

I sat up out of the hotel bed and did my makeup. I pulled my hair back and Riley was waiting downstairs at the café beside the lobby.

I finally saw her and immediately spoke "Are you ready for this?"

"You bet! Everyone else will be there in a few hours. We have some backstage time to spend in the fine city of Milan!" Riley smirked.

"Let's go!" I smiled and walked out of the hotel with Riley.

We sat in our front row seats of the Milan Fashion Week and I saw Lorraine Crane walked up to Riley and I.

"Now why are the two of you here?"

"We came to see the fashion show! KurtDestin is performing and we go front row seats!" Riley cheered.

"But the two of you have a job to do!"

"Excuse me?" Riley asked.

"Didn't my assistant explain? My models, Dina and Lena, backed out last minute. Now you two are running the runway. If not, Hot Weekly with burn in flames. Can you do it?"

"We were born to do it." I smiled and we hurried backstage.
